Why Worship Celebs Who Beat Women?

The National Coalition against Domestic Violence reports that approximately 1.3 million women are victims of physical assault by an intimate partner each year and that one in every four women will experience domestic violence in her lifetime. In some cases, as recently illustrated by a disgruntled man in New Mexico going to a fiber optics facility in Albuquerque and reportedly killing three individuals that included his girlfriend, domestic violence can ultimately lead to death.

It is tragic that many women have to walk on egg shells on a daily basis to avoid making their husband or partner angry. Whether the man battles with control, selfishness, superiority or possessiveness, acts of domestic violence are extremely cowardly. Here are three purported tough guys who have allegedly engaged in physically abusing their loved one and who desperately need peace, humility and forgiveness in their hearts:
