Chop You in Your Trachea and 6 other K. Michelle Catch Phrases

Up until two days ago, I tried my best to keep from watching Vh1′s “Love And Hip Hop Atlanta.” I knew it was going to be a ratchet mess and frankly I can’t take too much more of black women embarrassing themselves on television when we have so few positive images anyway. But, at the downright prodding of my sister, I finally decided to see what all the fuss was about while I was on vacation. After one episode, I was hooked. Whether I “like” them or they make my skin crawl, all of the characters are so entertaining. But one of the cast members and her quick-witted catch phrases, caught my attention. And that would be K. Michelle. Though, I don’t always agree with the way she handles her altercations, I have to admit the girl can turn a phrase. Surely, you’ve noticed.     All of what she said sounded like some lame jokes she wrote down and couldn’t wait to say when the time was right. She was okay until these last 2 episodes.

    She has so many issues–with her sarcasm and catchy sayings I often feel like she’s a part of my family. Lol Ya’ll might as well just dedicate a weekly spot to this show…

    I thought I would see the funniest thing she said to Mimi (?). When Mimi was talking about Josselyne and wondering why she’s so mad, K Michelle says that “she’s mad because she can’t tell if she’s a man or a woman, but she needs to take that up with Jesus and not with you.” (something like that) Hilarious!

    I hope she gets het immature and ghetto behaviors together, because she is an extremely talented vocalist. I hope she see these episodes and correct her behavior. It’s bad enough she already has a reputation in the industry for being crazy!

    I didn’t realize how funny she is until this post. She needs to tone it down for the sake of her image and career though. She needs to appeal to a broad audience if she wants to be successful and have longevity.

    I think K Michelle is hilarious.. I watched a bonus scene from when she was on a date with the football player.. and she asked dude how big was his sausage.. and did he look down at it and think damn this is the big kahuna .. I cracked up.. and then dude was about t o pull it out and show it to her lmao

      Be quiet!! And while you are at it take the stick out your crabby behind. K. Michelle is honest real & has a colorful personality. We’ve seen & heard worse. Evelyn lozada for example. Now that broad crawled straight out from the garbage can. I’m sure she has learned to carry herself better & can articulate when meeting with a&r’s music execs & when in meetings about her career. Shes smart enough to know when to change hats. But when around friends she doesn’t have to play a role . She seems like a great person to know & be a friend of.

    I really enjoy K. Michelle’s humor! However, sometimes you have to reign it in when you have a clear direction you’re heading in. As funny as she is, I think her mouth is confirming some peoples speculation that she’s extra drama. Pull it in, bang out a successful album topping some type of chart then hit the world with your sarcasm.

      U people are so sad. What is a joke is how she is being ridiculed for being a genuine person. Funny charismatic colorful & real. Being real comes in different forms. Shedoesnt have to sit up & speak like live dictionary. She is who she is. And she isn’t bad . As long as she talks straight in a board meeting she’s good. I wish her the best. You guys are a bunch of flatlines. Ugh!
