Access DENIED: Janet and Brothers Banned From Katherine Jackson’s Home

You know the Jackson shenanigans didn’t go away that quickly. After the daily nonsense that was going on last week, Tito’s son T.J. and the mother of the clan, Katherine, have decided to put an end to the foolishness or at least curb it a bit. T.J.’s lawyer Charles Shultz told E! News that at the advisement of Michael Jackson’s estate lawyers a letter has been given to security outlining who should and should not be allowed on the Calabasas compound and that “that letter was in compliance with Judge [Mitchell] Beckloff’s order and is not arbitrary.” He also added, ”As for the family members who are on that list, they were either at the house on Monday, July 23, 2012, or in some way participated in the events surrounding that date.”

Shultz may not have wanted to name names, but it’s not hard to figure out who he’s referring to. Video popped up on the Internet last week showing Janet, Randy, and Jermaine on the Jackson premises in LA having a bit of an altercation with Paris and supposedly attempting to take her, Prince, and Blanket out of the home. Besides, X17 has obtained a copy of the official letter, which reads:

“Given the circumstances of the last two weeks, and in order to protect the children and Mrs. Jackson, the Executors believe that it would not be appropriate to allow the following individuals to enter the residence or its grounds and we instruct the security to preclude the following from entering the residence or the grounds: Randy Jackson and any of his children, Janet Jackson, Rebbie Jackson and any of her children, Jermaine Jackson, his wife and any of his children, Janice Smith, or anyone else who was involved in the recent events that led to Mrs. Jackson’s separation from and inability to communicate with Michael’s children, or any agents or representatives of any of these individuals.

There will be no other security or drivers allowed on the property except those employed by the Estate of Michael Jackson. Joe Jackson is precluded from entering the property. Howard Mann who is in litigation against the Estate and is working with the Jackson siblings that wrote the “letter” should also not be allowed on the premises.”

Sources have told E! News money is what motivated Randy, Jermaine, Janet and sister Rebbie Jackson to separate Katherine from her grandchildren in an “attempt to modify custody and effectively circumvent Michael’s will, which left his estate to his children and provided an ample allowance to their guardian.” Since Michael’s death in 2009, Katherine has reportedly been receiving a monthly allowance of $86,000 as guardian of Prince, Paris and Blanket and apparently they wanted to get their hands on some of that cash. For now, those funds are going to T.J who has assumed custody of the three children.

T.J. better watch his back though. If Katherine’s own children would turn against her and ship her out of town, it could be even worse for him. I know people do strange things for money but attempting to kidnap children sounds like a plot from a bootleg Lifetime movie. A source told E! News Friday that Katherine would be filing for a shared guardianship arrangement between herself and T.J. this week but I’m not sure the rest of the family will stop the antics until they see some dollars in their hands—if that really is the root of this whole family drama. On a positive note, T.J. supposedly isn’t in it for the money.

“It is not about taking [guardianship] away from Katherine,” a source told E! before Katherine returned from Arizona. “They are trying to protect the kids from the other family…T.J. didn’t step in to remove her. He stepped in because she is not there. He is extremely tight with his grandmother.”

Hopefully that bond is strong enough to battle the other half of he family.

    I find it strange that the executors of his estate would ban these family members from the home. It would of made more sense coming from Ms. Jackson, since it is her home and all. This just makes me believe that she doesn’t have that much control. I always thought that the executors only gave out money from the estate and made sure no one was taking advantage of the children financially. It seems like they are a little too involved and an inquiry needs to be made into how they’re handling the estate. We don’t know what’s going on in that house and you can’t convince me that money is the sole motivation, especially since Janet is involved and she has her own money.

    So sad to see this happening to this family…those estate manager are going to rape that family blind of all that money. Who Mrs. Jackson allows in the home where she stays is family business. Never seen an armored car behind a hearst and SO WHAT IF MICHAEL’S FAMILY SPENDS HIS MONEY, better for some strangers control who the family sees (after raising 9 children Mrs Jackson is in danger from them), who takes care of those kids (that’s right children, minor children), and who spends the MONEY rather than to value family bonds and blood relation. the love of MONEY is the root to ALL evil!!! Very sad situation!!!

    the media is one sided on this story as the elder of 11 kids I know how it feels to try and save mom from relatives and grandkids who are running her ragged, because you know at the end of the day you will be the one who takes care of her when she is ill, katherine said in her statement that tj and all of them knew where she was and she left nannies bodyguards and housekeepers to take care of the children and that someone fired the staff, sounds to me that everyone wants to get their hands on the golden eggs to the point of letting these kids be disrespectful, I find it troubling that tj responded to paris via twitter about taking care of the situation weren’t you in the same home with her why make it public, was this to get the public on your side there are two sides to every story and then the truth, it’s obvious who’s side the media is on

    The whole story still hasn’t been told. I sense that Katherine’s children may have been protecting her from Paris’s grown behind. Paris seems to be a hand full from her tweets and interviews. Mrs Jackson is 80 and raising teenagers is challenging for parents in their 30s, 40s, and 50s. Money is probably a factor too, although I can’t see that for Janet. If Janet, Randy, or Jermaine told the full truth about their niece and nephews, then the world would hate them for talking bad about Michael’s children. There is a lot more to this story than we will ever know.

      All that may be true, but that still doesn’t explain why they lied about their mama having a stroke & bringing in a paid of doctor to lie to Katherine to get her out of the house. Randy said that this is all about the will not money.. Well wills are about money & he and Jermaine are broke. Janet has enough money for her, but she doesn’t want to get stuck paying for everyone else like MJ did. That is why Janet was down.

        Could be all part of the cover up . Afterall, to the world they can’t say that Michael’s children are running Katherine crazy and that they rescued their mom to get those spoiled children under control. Now, Katherine has to throw her own kids under the bus to protect Michael’s children, to abide by the executors of the will so that her check comes every month.

          She is not alone with those kids. They have a nanny , full staff and two grown cousins in house to help her. We are not talking about Grandma from the hood here.

          I know dirty dealing when I see it. I also know That MJ was sick & tired of supporting everyone & janet wouldn’t do it. ( google the Glenda Tapes). I know that Jermaine’s passport was recently revoked due to unpaid child support. I also know that the brothers moved their shared baby mama into The Hayvenhurst house to avoid paying up. A man who does not pay his child support has no honor. And more than likely no credibility and few morals.

      Debbie Rowe bio mother of Prince & Paris acted as a surrogate for MJ. He married her from pressure from his mom. but that was never his intent. She gave up her parental right to the kids and said they were a “gift” to MJ. ( However she got a ranch & 10 mill from MJ) She got the rights re-instated during the trail of 2005 (probably for more money) But has never been in the kids lives.
      Blanket’s mom was an unknown surrogate because MJ wanted to avoid more of the drama he went through with Debbie.

    Unbelievable! I hate reality shows, but if they’re going to play one out, they may as well get a show so they can get paid for their antics the way everyone else does. Katherine has never seemed like the most sophisticated of people, and now she’s elderly? Somebody outside the family is going to end up with all that money.

    This is ridiculously extra. They can’t enter their own mother’s home? The home that was their home since before these brats were even sifted in their test tubes? Okay. We will see how long this ban lasts once those kids start runnin Katherine’s elderly behind again.

            My apologies,I’m typing on my phone…so for clarity: they don’t live at Neverland. Katherineis over 80 years of age, and she said earlier her children didn’t kidnap her; now a week later she bans HER children so the only people that will have access to her is M.J.s people! She’ll be dead in a year! I hope that was clear…

      The home in question is not Hayvenhurst. The “family” estate which MJ owned. This home was rented by the estate for KJ and the kids.
