who is going to wear a head wrap at the gym?! Come on now! Get real!

    • Meelah

I see a lot of women doing it. They make better looking ones though.

  • tam

are you serious.lol not much working out going on their.

  • lola289

Just found these! SERIOUS STUFF! Thank you :-D

  • wepo1

This is just a Mizani commercial. it is not really helping anyone that sweats while working out.

  • xxdiscoxxheaven

Is it just me or does everyone have serious issues about sweating in their hair after a workout? I never sweat profusely when I work out (just not a sweaty person) and my hair always looks pretty much the same whether its pinned or in a pony

  • Moni

I do not see the reality in this video. I want to see a model that does not have freshly washed and flat ironed hair. Also, maybe showing different textures of hair. This looks like a Mizani informercial. Not informed at all.

    • Adrienne

My point exactly, this video is not realistic by any means. Have homegirl go outside in 80 degree heat and take a jog and then show us what her hair looks like.

I found a fantastic site for people seeking sugar baby/daddy “sugar baby mαtch.C0m”

What about when you sweat in your hair. What’s the best approach for not putting too much heat on your hair by blow drying after every workout?

    • lola289

For me when my hair is not in braids or weave then I use wigs in between until Friday. But if you gotta do your hair the use a deep conditioner and Dark &Lovely 6 Week Anti- Reversion Serum (plug!). Good stuff.

  • Proudtoberelaxed

    Thank you for these tips.

  • Kaay

    Lovely!

  • Ms. Spring

Glad I don’t have to worry about sweating out my hair cause I got rid of my relaxed hair 3 years ago.

    • TK

Nobody asked you honey lol. Here we go.

      • Ms. Spring

I’m telling this myself I wasn’t asking you either ugh.

        • YepISaidIt

          Girl go comb your hair!

      • Ms. Spring

And on that note, I didn’t ask YOU to respond to this comment. SMH

      • ProRelaxedAntiNaps

RIght? You already know a nappy, I mean, natural broad just had to say something. Why not pass the article by if you not relaxed? Uggghhhh

    • Adrienne

I went natural from heat application and I haven’t had a perm in awhile. It is liberating to just go to the gym and not worry.

      • TanTan78

Exactly. Stop treating your hair like its a damn guest. If you don’t fuss over it, it will cooperate.
