TJ Named Temporary Guardian of Michael Jackson’s Children

LOS ANGELES (AP) — A judge appointed a temporary guardian for Michael Jackson’s children Wednesday amid a family feud over the late pop singer’s estate.

The judge also temporarily suspended Jackson’s mother, Katherine Jackson, as the children’s guardian because she is in Arizona and hadn’t spoken with them in several days.

Tito Jackson’s son TJ appeared in court and sought the temporary appointment, but his attorney said he wasn’t trying to replace Katherine Jackson permanently. Tito Jackson is one of Michael’s brothers.

    “Tito Jackson is one of Michael’s brothers.” Well duh! Hope they can find these kids some sort of stability but that’s wishful thinking I know.

        At work an older co-worker said she thinks that some of the Jackson’s have an issue with the children getting the money because they are adopted and not “blood Jackson’s”. I don’t care if he brought them at the Flea Market along with 2 packs of socks, those were his kids, and they loved him. He left his kids what he wanted them to have and he left his family what he wanted them to have.
