I wonder if The Dream views marriages as nothing more than relationships with contracts and million-dollar rings because for someone 34 years old, he’s picking up a pretty hefty body count. According to ZHipopcleveland.com, The ella-ella-eh singer is planning on walking down the aisle again very soon because he’s already engaged to a new woman.

Colby Colb of the hip-hop website went behind the scenes with The Dream when he was in Cleveland  for the Z1079 Summer Jam this past weekend and claims the singer/songwriter introduced him to his new lady and fiancée after the interview. We know, sounds a bit fishy but the pair seems to be close enough that The Dream would introduce his new lady to the reporter, plus in video of The Dream’s performance, the site does a number of close-ups on said fiancée who is seated quite comfortably on-stage watching her rumored boo.

Since Colby Colb didn’t name the lady in question and so far no other site has recognized her as someone in the industry maybe The Dream thinks the third time will be the charm with a non-famous woman. In 2004, he married singer Nivea after they’d been dating for a year. Three children and three years later, she filed for legal separation in December 2007. A little more than a year later, Terius Nash began dating Christina Milian in early 2009. Not long after she got pregnant and the couple became engaged in June 2009 and married September 4 at the Little White Chapel in Las Vegas. February 26, 2010, Christina gave birth to their daughter and four months later she filed for divorce after pictures surfaced of The Dream on vacation with his assistant.

One thing that’s clear from that breakdown and this new rumor is that he still hasn’t learned to take things slow. At most, he’s known his rumored new lady for two years, and that’s if he started dating her immediately when he separated from Christina, although it’s clear he’s not opposed to cheating. Either way he doesn’t appear to have been single for any meaningful stretch of time since 2004 which could explain why he has two failed marriages under his belt. He might want to slow up on running down the aisle and recognize there actually is a legitimate stretch of time between meeting someone you like and making her your wife. It’s called dating.
