The only thing I don’t like about Mizani stylists and sales people is that when they teach salons how to use their products, they tell them to put conditioner on after rinsing out the relaxer, instead of going straight to the neutralizing shampoo. No thank you. Do mine the old way.

Try it! I do it! I use a strong protein conditioner after I relax and I can really feel the difference. I have less shedding and my hair feels stronger. The trick is to totally rinse the relaxer out.

I did. My hair broke like crazy. That was the first time I’d ever had a bad hair experience, and with a new stylist, so I’m not sure if it was the technique or her, but I changed both. My hair has been restored, but the new stylist knows that I want her to wash out the relaxer as soon as she finishes applying it. I don’t like it sitting on my hair, or still “working” after the rinse. But if you’ve gotten good results that way, then you have to do what works for you.
