Could Tamron Hall Join ‘The Today Show’?

Now that NBC got Ann Curry out the way after 15 years of dedicated reporting with “The Today Show,” the network is on the hunt for a new third string host.

If you saw Curry’s emotional speech last week, announcing her departure, it seemed quite obvious that she was not planning on this. She was quite tearful. But sources say ratings have been slumping for some time and the network needed to make some changes.

Currently taking Curry’s place is Savannah Guthrie, whose been called “blander than oatmeal,” but who can get the job done? Guthrie was the 9am hour co-host of “Today” with Al Roker. But who will replace Guthrie?

I’d like to see more Tamron Halls on TV and less of the hood rats on those useless reality TV shows.

I hope she won’t leave where she is now to go to Today that show is a mess and a tawdry soap opera so don’t do it Tamron both you and Ann have too much class for that show.

I would love her there but they just dogged out Ann Curry and she was great and on the show for 16 years. If Tamron doesn’t hit it out of the park she’s back on a local affiliate. I like her on her 2pm show. I just like her being national even in a less prestigious position.
