@Adura: One’s level of immaturity finally sunk in when she was beyond immature (+ insensitive) at a loved one’s funeral.

    this chick i used to be friends with wanted to sleep with my ex and was talking to him on facebook DAILY, then come to find out they had sex and when i found out she was mad at me because i wouldn’t forgive her, smh. but she got really pissed when he was trying to get back with me….

    I knew my friend was shady when I realized that the only time she ever called me to hang out was so she could dog walk a mutual friend (who happens to be my Aunt by birth) Not only that but she had a nerve to in so many words tell me if given the chance she’d sleep with my Fiance…. Shes no longer a friend to me

    Had an individual who was a friend, who thought it was funny to pawn me off to drunk men at a bar who were pursuing her, ended up getting assaulted by one and all the while she thought it was cool. From that night on I told her that I will not be going out to clubs, bars with her and that I don’t trust her. She wasn’t impressed.

    I had this old friend in highschool… who was clueless when it came to relationships. I was always the person in our circle of friends, people came to for advice. So fast forward a few years we’re in college. and she randomly hits me up complaining about man troubles(yet again).. She told me her bf was mad at her.. I asked why.. and she said because I was flirting with other guys…. I asked her why would she do that, and she said it was harmless….. Needless to say we don’t speak. It’s not so much she did anything evil, it was the fact that I was more mature, and she is still had this immature highschool mindset, it was annoying. I was moving on to bigger and better things and she still had the mind of a 9th grader

    I saw the first part of this episode and from the BZ previews I figured he’d be the one to leave her, if for nothing else than his family disliking her. Interestingly enough, her family seemed to be down for him, but his family (dad especially) couldn’t stand her. But who really could? Lol. She was nauseatingly disrespectful, whiny and loud. Poor guy kept getting fussed out even when he was trying to be affectionate.

    I knew my friend was shady when she would somehow feel like she could take advantage of me and dog me out in front of people. I let it slide one time but she did it again a second time and thats when I dropped her. Now its just me myself and I and I love it!!!!! but more than likely when I tansfer to the university im going in for sociology I wil meet new friends!! but im doin good. The strangest thing is is that she was my friend for 11 years!! and for some reason after highschool she changed

    My best friend and I got into an accident that wasn’t my fault and he suggested that we get money even though we weren’t hurt (He had done it before) . I refused. He ended up suing my mom’s insurance (it was her car at the time) in stead of the other guys because he didn’t have his information just mine. We had stopped talking for 8 months. Me and my mom never heard from the case again. After the 8 months he emailed me saying he missed me bla bla bla. I noticed he never mentioned the accident, he just said his intention wasn’t to hurt me. We hung out just ONE day and when to the club together, he wanted me to dance with him on the floor but I said no (he was gay, nothing romantic lol)…two weeks later I got a subpoena in the mail to go to court. Safe to say we are not friends any more. No more trust. And to think, the court asked me if he danced that day, because he claims he had excruciating back pain. DAMN!

    When a ex bestfriend hustled me to cosign for a new car. Then she traded it to another girl and stop paying payments. Friendship over and I’ll see you in court. Until then your dead to me

    I knew my friend was shady when she tried to sleep with my man and talked about me to my own sister cause she was jealous of me. Needless to say I cut her off and him. I can forgive but will never forget once a snake always a snake in my book.

    I once had a friend who would always throw shade at me when a guy approached me (and not her) when we were out. She’d make comments like “He only came up to you because your boobs are out” or “I can’t believe he came up to you with your hair looking like that”. I eventually learned (the hard way) that you can’t have high self-esteem and hang out with a person who has low self-estem. The LSE chick will always resent what you are/have/look like/aspire to.

    I knew my friend was shady when she would spill the tea (to me) about our other friends…It was clear to me that I couldn’t tell her anything personal b/c if she told their business to me, she’d definitely tell my business to them…I slowly cut her off.

    I was volunteering at a pro-life clinic, that performed pregnancy test. One day, my childhood friend made an appointment to see if she was pregnant ( she always frequented the abortion clinic). Well, after her negative results of pregnancy, she asked if I could fudge the results, in order for her to trick her boyfriend into thinking she was pregnant, and, all the while, accept cash from him in preparation for the baby.That’s it, you scallywag, friendship over!

    I knew my “friend” was shady when I told her my Granny died, and instead of saying “Aww, I’m sorry to hear that.”, her next sentence was, “So, are we going to the club tonight?” … No lie! I was speechless! But God got a funny way of showing you some things, because I had known for a minute that we were drifting apart, but that definitely made me open my eyes up and be like “Really?!” The saying is very true: ask God to protect you from your enemies, and see how many “friends” you lose!

    My former bff exhibited several of these traits: jealousy, sleeping with other women’s men and then wanting me to defend her (dont think so), only calling when she needed to talk, and overall immaturity. The final straw was when she told me she was happy that i ended up with my longtime crush but, that she always thought she was a better fit for him since they have “more in common” than he and i. To make it worse she tried to “friend” him on facebook, he showed me her request and message to him.
