So They Are Dating: Deion and Tracey Admit They’re a Couple

So just yesterday I was speculating about whether Deion and Tracey Edmonds might be mixing a little pleasure with their business of his new reality show. Had I waited for footage of these two on the red carpet for TD Jakes 35th Anniversary Gala in Dallas I would have gotten my answer, which is yes.

After Tracey was asked about the reality show she’s producing for the person we can now refer to as her man, a reporter asked if the two were having a date night, to which Deion responded, “This isn’t a date night just because cameras are in here. Every night is a date night.

Word? The interviewer asked if every night was a date night with her, meaning Tracey, and Deion said, “Yes, who else?” which prompted her to ask what sparked the chemistry between them. Deion told her:

“She’s grown, she’s intelligent, she’s sophisticated. She’s beautiful inside and out. It’s no facade, when she takes off the make up, she’s still beautiful.”

We obviously know Deion has a lot going on right now with his very public divorce from Pilar and their custody battle, but the former NFL star  is confident things will be totally different with Tracey as he told the reporter:

“Tracey has her own, that avoids a lot of drama right there.”

Despite Tracey claiming to have just met Deion at the beginning of this year when her company first began discussions with with him to produce this reality project, I can’t help but feel like something is fishy considering Pilar claimed she was Deion’s mistress throughout their marriage. It’s possible that these two being a couple could just be an ironic twist of fate but women know and I think Pilar’s mistress claim might be one instance where she was telling the truth throughout this ordeal. Technically, he’s still married anyway so that mistress title is partially accurate.

    Tracey knows what it’s like to go through a divorce so she can relate somewhat to what Deion’s going through. However, I think she should fall back until he’s done with his marriage. Dating a separated man isn’t a good idea, especially in this case. He has a lot of drama that he needs to handle first. All relationships require a person’s full attention in order to work. He can’t give this relationship with Tracey a fair shot if he has to deal with the drama he has with Pilar.

    Deon, needs to focus on finallzing his divorce with Pilar before jumping into another relationship. He need to get himself together and focus on making sure his children are okay. I was throught with him when he posted his personal info on twitter. When will people learn to stop putting their business out on the internet.

    lol Deion wasn’t lying though, she DOES have her own so I guess after what he’s going through right now, that’s important to him.

    Totally off subject but, I wonder what her and Babyface’s kids look like now, haven’t seen a pic of them since they were babies. Very handsome I’d imagine.

    My problem is that he isn’t divorced yet and he’s dating. What pisses me off even more is when Tracy allows that behavior. They couldn’t wait?

    Who cares? Both Tracey and Deion seem to have a propensity towards ratchetness in their relationships. No sweat of anyone’s back. Let them be happy together if that’s possible.

      I agree with you. Also, Pilar just needs to move on because Deion clearly has. I am not saying that she shouldn’t be hurt or upset, but just don’t stoop to his level and sling mud because they both need to remember that their children are at the age where they can read. SMH at the selfishness of them both!

    SMDH, they were creeping, it says a lot about her as a woman as well. She has pics with his kids at graduation and his ex-wife is applauding their new relationship. I knew she was shady after she left baby face after he put her on in the industry. I would respect her more if she didn’t photograph with him, he seems to be enjoying taunting Pilar too much.
