Take Note: How to Turn Your Internship into Your Next Career

What you lack in experience, make up for in passion

Usually as an intern, you don’t come in with years of professional experience in your field. You might have college courses that relate to the field or a college degree under your belt but no real-life experience. Make up for those empty spaces on your resume with your passion. While in the hiring process, many employers might look for those years of experience in an applicant, but passion can give you the branding that you need to get the job after the internship is over. Plus, many employers rather hire someone who is familiar with the company than train a person from scratch.
