Photographer Blasts Puff Over Money On Twitter: #PayYourBillsDiddy

Diddy was feeling like the man yesterday when he tweeted that he was going to give away $2 million at his upcoming club appearance at a strip club after returning from the film festival in Cannes. But one of Diddy’s former employees, photographer Rob Hoffman, saw that tweet and went straight off telling Diddy if he was 2 mil to spend on strippers, the least he could do is cut his check. Here’s how the dialogue went:

Diddy already isn’t most people’s favorite person and this news does not help. If he was even telling the truth about his stripper plans, he set himself up to get blasted since it wouldn’t be the first time he blew that much on T & A. Remember he and Rick Ross blew a million at King of Diamonds earlier this year? But these tweets from Rob show Diddy’s probably an even bigger jerk than most already thought.

As somebody worth more than half a billion dollars there’s just no excuse not to pay this man his money, especially he’s on his way to slide it down the crack of a dancer’s butt. SMH #PayYourBillsDiddy.

If he’s telling the truth, it may be that he was contracted by Diddy’s people, and not Diddy himself. I’m not sticking up for Puff, but it’s easy to put people on blast on the internet. The photog guy is hurting his own brand by acting like NCO Financial on Twitter.

Okay, sue him.. End of story.

Exactly, go straight to the courts. Really, Diddy must not have good people looking after his business because his rep is getting trashed . I have often heard this is the way celebs stay rich. By ducking and dodging bills. What do they care about credit scores? I kinda blame the guy because i’m sure he used Diddy’s name to say he had done work for him. Even Steven…….

Suing doesn’t always pay…Hypothetical – Let’s say that Diddy owes this guy 10k. So the guy will have to go to Court and request a court hearing in which he would pay a filing fee, of say…$350 (Depending on your state.) The photographer will get a court date set (hypothetical) of September 15th, 2012. In the meantime, the photographer will have to retain a lawyer (2k to just talk with them) and have Sean combs served with the suit (100-150 for each attempt but keep in mind, Sean Combs has bodyguards). In the meantime any lawyer who will go against the law firm that Sean has on call will probably charge 300-500 per hour in the case. So let’s say Sean was served during the 4th attempt (600) and the Court Date is set. On September 15th, his lawyer will arrive and ask for a continuance for _ reason. The court date has been reset  to December and another  continuance has been given until March 2013. Photographer has spent over 8k to win 10k, with the lawyer receiving 30% of judgment, so Photographer says “Forget about it”. So in March, Photographer cannot afford a lawyer, while Sean’s machine grills him…and they win because Photographer is not prepared. In the meantime, they have attached a counter suit for attorney’s fees so now Photographer owes Sean 100k.

Now, if Photographer still has lawyer and wins his case in March 2013, Sean’s lawyers will appeal….and appeal and appeal until either they win, or until it reaches it’s final denial…3-5 years later and after hundreds of hours paid to the attorney. So that 10k could easily cost hundreds of thousands; which either way proves that it would be easier to write off the 10k then to have to pay for lawyers, miss work, and deal with the headache of suing someone who calls themselves a misspelled version of “Daddy”. The effect of Twitter is much cheaper and priceless in letting the world know of his shady dealings.

Damn, I wish I was a stripper at King Of Diamonds when they did that!! LOL… j/k… to each his own, but I’ll never understand how anybody can just sit up in the club and throw money away like that! When I went to the strip club, I was picking up the money that was already on the stage and threw it at them like it came from my pocket! HA!! #GoodTimes
