Team Breezy Strikes Again With Death Threats Against Chrissy Teigen

Chris Brown’s fans go hard for their boy—extra hard. If you watched the Billboard Music Awards Sunday, you were probably in the WTF boat along with everyone else after Chris Brown’s performance wondering, did that man really get on stage again and lip synch his way through another performance?

Hopefully you kept those thoughts to yourself or your small group of followers online because if not, the Breezy brigade might be coming for you like they came after John Legend’s girlfriend, Chrissy Teigen. After Chris’s performance on Sunday, she tweeted her subtle disapproval, saying:

“Why sing when you can dance?”

Want to know the responses she received to that question?

“all you do is talk s**t, you need to be raped and murdered.”
“killyoself b****h ur nothing but tall thatswhy you model. your nothing.”
“ditzy dumb a** tramp your mother should’ve aborted you.”
“i hope you are the next ‘celebrity’ to die”
“you have the brain capacity of a turtle, just die.”

Really people? I don’t want to have to dig up my article on people going too hard for celebrities but come on now. She needs to die because she called out Chris Brown on his lazy performance? They should be telling him to step his game up instead—and stop wearing headbands. Chrissy Tweeted a small statement on the issue, saying:

‘I’ve had comments ranging from “kill yourself you stupid HO” to “gold digging c*nt” “get a f***ing job”, etc. because I don’t like him?…seriously. this isn’t your f***ing job. You guys are too young for this sh**. too f***ing young. stop being psychotic. be strong women. listen to opinions without spewing pure maliciousness…John [Legend] has gotten numerous comments about him needed to “leash” me or “control” me. FROM WOMEN. please stop this. What are you even doing this for? some good music and dancing? good god. DO BETTER.

“Reallllly makes me sad that 99% of the most disturbing comments come from young girls. I’ll end it there but it make me sad.

“I have some screen caps. And I will do everything I can to make sure people know, internet or not, you CAN’T say this s**t.”

According to TMZ, most of the twitter handlers who sent the crazy messages have since been deleted but we know it doesn’t take much to come up with a new username and go right back at it. I don’t know if this is worse or on the same level as the “Chris can beat me up anytime” phenomenon that was going on when he made his comeback. I’m with Chrissy: Do Better. Sigh.

SHE’S BEEN RELEVANT DUHHHH LOL. MIXED BREED LADIES LIKE ME GET ALOT OF HATERS FROM THE SISTAS!!!! LMAO. BOTTOM LINE – HE LIP SYNC’D! THAT’S A FAIL!

  • November Rain

This whole situation is stupid.  Team Breezy was out of control but Chrissy is on the same level.  Who says things like that on twitter without expecting some sort of backlash?  Not condoning the backlash but what did she expect?  Stay in your lane.

  • Atypical Black Woman

I hope these girls find themselves in abusive relationships. Perhaps then they’ll have some sense knocked into them.

    • superwoman

Aren’t you doing the same thing to these young girls that they did to Chrissy Tiegen. Two wrongs don’t make it right. SMH

  • Tshgregson

lol although i dont agree with team breezy, that wasn’t the only thing she said. no it doesn’t excuse what those young love struck girls did, but please post all tweets and facts, don’t pick n choose. if anything this whole site can do better, sigh…

  • KJ23

Also, that stop wearing head bands comment had me dying!

  • KJ23

In situations like this, it would be nice if the celebrity that this fans were worshiping would set an example and tell them that they went too far.  It seems like fans will sometimes follow a celebrity off a cliff, help them follow you into some ethics, or at the very least, good sense.

Oh great article..  Find your love here Right now!
so please put your eyes on my usename

very professionally and she was right on point. it is DISGUSTING how the young women of today present themselves. 4534

This is just sad, and not the first time it’s happened.. I remember w/ the grammy’s came around and everyone raised an eyebrow at Nicki’s “”performance””, and when someone w/ talent, Jill Scott, said something about it allll of Minaj’s “”Barbies”” attacked her.. I agree w/ Chrissy too. These young girls need to do better!!! It is not that damn serious. If the performance was bad, it was bad. Case closed, move on w/ your life. smh

  • ElvisWasAHero2Most

Why this man still has female fans mystifies me.  That’s like a white supremacist rapper having a sold out concert in Baltimore.

  • Baddvixentype

i understand it and it clearly wrong but on the other hand ( not saying it was okay to do ro say) but it seems like no matter what chris brown does no one wants to give him credit. everyone wants to hold the whole rihanna incident over his head forever. When he wins, celebrities tweet about how he doesn’t deserve it because of hus incident and when he performs, lip singing or not people want to attack him. Chris Brown is not the only singer to lip sing i mean come on lets be real. Why is everyone so adamant on beating him down when obviously he’s trying…thats probably why he acts the way he acts now. whats the point of being a good guy if everyone refuses to see you as anything but….just my thoughts.

  • Imagineme38

I do not agree with the taunts but damn..who is she? When you throw comments like that in cyberspace about someone whom is well liked as Chris Brown is…expect some backlash..this free speech crap will get u everytime..he is very energetic when he performs..I don’t care whether he lip sync or not..we all know he can sing his azz off..and let her get on stage and try to sing and dance as he does..would sound terrible..lil..she need to stick to what she knows best and that’s modeling and dating a celeb to be relevant or known cause I had never heard of her until today after reading this article..

  • Caroneisha

Okay for some reason I hate how people seem to get so up in arms with everything this dude does. But when someone who they like does the exact samething or worst they go through hell and high water trying to defend them. Yes these girls was wrong, they need to have they a$$ somewhere in school learning something. But this Chrissy chick seems to only talk out the side of her neck when it involes Chris. And another thing who the hell are you anyway. I love how these people you don’t even know like that come out of the woodwork and diss these people jus to become relevant. Girl plese you can have a seat right along with the lil girls that sent those stupid death threats.

  • TRUTH313

dayum what the hell, fans/groupies forgot to take their meds or somethin??!!! shame on them. his groupies should stop hatin on the beautiful Chrissy! and her opinion. probably the same females who wanna get their asss beat by C/B is pathetic and reeeally stupid!

  • Tagirl

Since Chris has gotten older, his voice isn’t that good. Maybe that’s why he chooses to lip synch. His fans or stans are ridiculous, just as ridiculous as his antics.

  • RedButterfly81

Oh please, lip-syncing have been going on since forever. You can watch Soul Train and see the singers lip-sync on that show. Don’t be so shocked that some pop star lip-sync, he wasn’t the first and sure ain’t gonna be the last.

  • RedButterfly81

Yeah Brezzy lip-synced but he’s not the first to do it. Lip-syncing has been around for a long time, if you look at episodes of Soul Train, the singers 9 times out of 10 lip-sync on that show. Then you got that Milli Vannilli incident 20 years back, then Ashlee Simpson on SNL, Britney Spears at the 2007 VMAs and more. Stop acting shocked that somebody lip-synced.

  • Hrdblkman

Just another ” blk women (team breezy) hatin on non blk women” day

  • imjustsayn

Here’s my thing I love how all the other celebs and fake celebs twitted about CB lip singing BUT they did not talk about the other artists who was lip singing as well!!! As far as the death threats go its very unnecessary, not that serious and this model is just made because she’s engaged to a gay man!

    • tam

WOW… can you do better. How ignorant of you. Your response is no different than those ignorant your fools. YEAH …DO BETTER

  • Jus’ Sayin’

if this is the best our young lades (and youth)  can do, i fear for the future of our peoples!!

  • Dest

I’m teambreezy and I was embarrassed hat those girls were sending death threats to her because that’s just crazy. There will always be Cb haters out there, even after a couple years go by.. But no one can take away his talent

  • Love_Sexy

See this is a prime example of how our society has gotten out of hand with worshipping celebrities…..You have just as many older people acting ignorant as younger ones (Twitter, blogs etc…)…..People these celebrities do not know you nor do they care about you defending them (unless its going to benefit them some way)…..All they care about is their wallets and you buying their product…..Plain and simple!

  • Lalatarea

the title IS misleading anyway she handled it very professionally and she was right on point. it is DISGUSTING how the young women of today present themselves.

    • TRUTH

While the fans are out of control.  A MODEL has no talent and should not even criticize!!

      • Gimmeabreak78

Wow.  Hate much?  Who says that all this woman does is model?  She gave a very salient response to the immature rant of hero-worshipping children and your response is that what she does for a living means she has not talent?  Wow. You sound a little like the immature children who said those awful things in the first place.

        • TRUTH

Am being neutral here, yet you wanna spew drivel at me. Since you know more than I do, what other talent she has? *waiting like bob marley*  All models do is dress and look cute like Kim Kartrashian.

          • Gimmeabreak78

Listen, dear, you really need to calm down because your insecurity is showing. Ms. Tiegen also is a designer and a television host. Just because the only thing you know about her resumé is that she is a model doesn’t mean that she is without talent. You may want to pause a second before you go on internet tirades about people you don’t know. I’m not really a Chrissy Teigen fan, but you just sound a little bitter calling this woman talentless for no reason other than she’s a model.

            • TRUTH

Well it seems you on her payroll  She could give 2 rats bottom about you.  TV host is talent, sleep around enough with the right ppl you can become a tv host?  Design what? You calm down with your nonsensical comment.  if you think TV host is a talent, sorry for you!!

              • Gimmeabreak78

Hmm…you seem determined to be a hater. So sorry for you. Have a good day and a nice life.

                • TRUTH

The word “hater” is a cliche and is soo played out!!  Same return to you

  • EarthIsASac

WTF is up with the misleading title of this article-chris’s fan said those things-not him so what is up with the misleading title??? Ok well chrissy does have a point, it always seems like celebrities that emphasis their dancing are not the nest singers (omarion, ciara, c.brown for example) yes they have expectable voices but im sure i have seen chris sing and dance at the same time-but the lip-syncing at the grammy’s was horrible

    • MNEditor2

It said Chris’s Breezies (possessive as in his fans). The author wasn’t trying to say he said it. Apologies for the confusion.

      • Tagirl

The title isn’t misleading. When I saw it, I thought of his fans that represent themselves on twitter by tagging themselves as teambreezy.

      • Playbaby4

He actually sent a message to his fans but he didn’t seem to take it that serious.

  • superwoman

Unfortunately, I am not shocked by this. I have said it once, and I will say it again; WHERE THE HECK ARE THE PARENTS’ OF THESE KIDS!!!

    • Gimmeabreak78

They are the one’s paying for the Chris Brown CDs and MP3 downloads, sadly.

  • not a fan

I agree with Chrissy and sympathize with her. It’s really mind-blowing how it seems that women and young women are the ones that perpetuate calling each other ho*s, monitoring sex lives, calling each other beyotches, and etc. I’ve heard once from a man who said, “we don’t have to call women ho*s, they do that for us.” I think that quote can be expanded to a variety of things. Women can be other women’s worst enemy. Stop the madness!

No thanks
