What You Need To Know About “Snow White and the Huntsman” and Its Stellar Cast

Hollywood sure knows how to turn things up a notch. Case in point: integrating a children’s fairytale character into an action fantasy film. Fans of fantasy fiction and drama are in for a treat with the film “Snow White and the Huntsman” which will be released on June 1, 2012. The story line pits Snow White (Kristen Stewart) against her evil stepmother (Charlize Theron) in a conquest for power in the Middle Ages.     I am a sucker for Fairy Tale, Victorian Era, Medieval stuff. Better storyline, interesting characters, gorgeous settings/sceneries, beautiful costumes/clothes.

    This adaptation seems more in the vein of the Brothers Grimm’s original story, except for Snow White being portrayed as heroic.  They wrote the stories for children, but they were meant to teach children about the dangers of the world.  Their versions were frightening; not the like the colorful, sugarcoated, utopic fairytales that Disney released.

    i do not support any of these movies, any longer and i am outside the usa. If i see no representation of blk on blk in positive light on international screens, i see in my home then am sorry not interested, more money in my pocket. I no longer relate sorry.
