Evelyn Says A Change Is Gonna Come. OK….

Have you ever seen people so scared of losing their jobs in your life? Under normal circumstances that wouldn’t be funny, but these ladies brought the heat on themselves which is why their apologies and promises for the future are becoming amusing at this point.

Evelyn is the latest “Basketball Wives” cast member to claim to want to do better—interestingly, not after seeing herself act a fool on TV but after watching Tami. She wrote in a blog post on her personal site that “A Change is Going to Come,” and here’s what she means by that:

“Last night’s episode was a whirlwind of emotions for everyone. It’s such a sensitive subject for me because I honestly see it from both sides. I’m not here to condemn or condone anyone especially given some of my choices this season, however I will say that once again last night’s episode and all that happened forced me to look at and examine myself in ways that I haven’t in the past. No matter what the situation is, I’m realizing that we as grown women are allowing ourselves to be placed in a position for judgment. I’m confident that I speak for many of us on the show that when it comes to creating a better balance for television, we are all working very hard to do just that. Many of us are getting help for our inner issues and striving to portray a more positive image overall.

Tahiti was just an example of all of us being a true work in progress… Hang in there with us, as we vow to grow and become better!”

You know what they need to do with BBW? Turn it into a therapy show. Remember when the rejects from ‘Flavor of Love” were put in “Charm School” on that show with Monique? That’s what these women need, except on a more serious level. I think one of the readers suggested getting Iyanla Vanzant on the job and I agree. That way OWN, VH1, and these women win. Or they could just disappear from television altogether, much like Tami has disappeared from Twitter. Somebody clearly can’t take it the same way she can dish it out.

    i’m getting sick of all of them.  suzie is so affraid of falling out of favor that she comes off as the biggest azz kisser.  she puts her self pride to the side when it comes to these heffas.  i actually see fear in her eyes, and she will do and say anything to stay in good favor.  evelyn needs to sit down with her epiphany. tami has major issues that needs to seriously be addressed by more than just one therapist.     Evelyn is just as bad as Tami. Her statement was only made because the fate of her spinoff show rests on the fallout from BBW. Girl, BYE!

    Evelyn has a change of heart but next week she is going to bully Jennifer into having a talk with her after she said she didn’t want to speak to her. Why were they trying to get them together anyway. Evelyn said after her flunky Nia Crooks hit Jen that she was done so what’s the point. i know Jennifer is killing Evelyn by not begging her to let her be her friend. Evelyn has Tami,Suzie and Shaunie isn’t that circle complete for her.

    I don’t buy it!  These statements and apologies are only coming after all of the criticism.  If it was true and heart felt they would have made personal choices to examine and change negative and destructive behaviors they have displayed. This is about saving face now and keeping their circus of a show on T.V.

Well I know that Tami Frothy Dog Roman and Evelyn pit bull Lozada are silly women anyway. Shaunie O’Neal I feel is alot of the blame for this mess and should just own it.

    The backlash of BBW is hopefully a lesson to VH1 and show producers about the importance of balanced storylines and knowing your audience. BBWs is obviously geared towards urban women, but what the world sees as urban display is often different from how urban people want to be portrayed. BBWs is obviously VH1s answer to Bravo’s housewives empire, so they ought to take a page. Bravo housewives don’t behave much better than BBWs, but Bravo seems to understand that catty antics need to be offset with light-heartedness (i.e. plenty of humor, some quality relationships among family and friends, and charity). BBWs have gotten so gritty it reminds me of those terrible “Pimps Up, Hoes Down” documentaries, but from the hoes point of view… I can’t with BBWs anymore.

    I am not buying that.   Please Evelyn and Tami has been so ignorant and foolish for so long. That is how these idiots made their money.  I still will not no longer watch that foolishness Basketball Wives.   I am waiting to hear how long this is going to last.  Brande, I know you are working on the next write up on the latest of this foolishness.

    Money  Money  Money, It is quite obvious that the people on this show let the promises of dollars dictate thier actions. Environmental historical data has reigned those in who were raised with a modicom of decency and they are fading. Those that were not are florishing in the degradation because it is what they are accustomed too. Evelyn and Tami grew stronger in the fighting, name calling the overall bullying because that is thier makeup. How do you beat someone at the game they have been playing all thier life, and given the opportunity to get paid for being who they are is a gravy job. Where else would you learn such hatred if it was not from a school of haterd. Those two ladies, as my grandmother used to say are fecal matter dressed in finery. Thier apologies are hollow because they are not sincere. I read the chat about the last show and tuined in on the repeat. The treatment of the young lady regarding her purse, invading her privacy by accessing her phone and refusing to relinquish her property was not only bullying but against the law. Does the need for fame and fortune so great that you castigate or humiliate another human.

    WE are done with all the apologes from Evelyn and the rest of the Hood Rats they all need to crawl in a sewer where their own kind live.This issue is not dead may the petitions keep coming until they cancel this show their only concern is pay checks without this show all of them would be robbing Peter to pay Paul none of them have any skills to work any where else so please Madame Noire stop re-posting these tired stories about these less than Women we are not interested.

    I’m good on this show. I couldn’t even sit through the last episode. It just made me uncomfortable to see these women behave like that. There is genuine talent to pick from. Use the time for someone who knows what to do with it. VH1 already has Couples Therapy, I’m not trying to see all these women in sessions crying about how hard life has been when that is no excuse to act a fool.

    I’m not buying what Evelyn is selling. Now that there’s heat in the form of an online petition against the ratchetness that is the Basketball Flies/Ochocinco and Ev wedding garbage, the “ladies” want to turn over new leaves. Those women are doing all they can to maintain their jobs since they have no real talent or redeeming qualities. I’m ready for these women to disappear.

      I agree. The only reason why pit bull Evelyn is saying this crap is because her plan along with Tami (FrothyDog) Roman and Shaunie O’Neal didn’t work. Tami was blogging that keep watching and you will see how Jen is that is why Evelyn is mad. Well all Evelyn did was bring in another fool to do her dirty work. Shaunie should have fired Tami right on the spot when her eyes started to turn green and her pupils got bit as a saucer. But she is scared too. Then Evelyn is going to go after Jennifer next week. I say anything Tami Roman and Evelyn Lozada is in people should not watch buy or go near.
