Halle Berry Speaks On Her Confrontation with the Paparazzi

Somebody is gonna get hurt fooling around with Halle Berry and her child…

She’s absolutely fed up with the paparazzi, who has been hounding her ever since she gave birth to her daughter Nahla. Just recently, things began to get really bad for her after she started dating her new man, Oliviera Martinez, while going through a nasty child custody battle with her child’s father, Gabriel Aubrey.  The paparazzi literally stalk her home and her child’s school every day in hopes of a good moneyshot, and Halle has had enough!

Earlier this year, she asked the judge in her child custody case for permission to move to France where the paparazzi laws are stricter, however he denied her request because it would be harder for Gabriel to see his child. Last week, things came to a boiling point for Halle, and she went ape sh-t outside of her daughter’s school. She was caught on camera pointing, screaming and acting like a mad woman at the paparazzi while accusing them of stalking.  In a recent interview with Extra TV’s Mario Lopez she explained why she went off and says that she is about to call up the President real quick and see if he can help her out:

“I hate that I lost my cool, but you know, I’m human. That happens and when it comes to my daughter — I’m ferocious. There are no laws here that protect our children and as a mom, coming to the school… not only my child, but all the children that are there. It’s just wrong, wrong, wrong.”

“You know, I think I’m going to call Obama and say ‘look, can you help us?’ I know this seems like a little issue right now, but it’s a big issue in our lives and our lives at the school and our children being protected.”

    And even if the school was exclusive, if you follow her around all day everyday, it is possible to figure out where the kid goes to school.

    So she wasn’t supposed to have a child? Come on guys! No, she NEVER complained BEFORE she had the child. There IS a difference. Everybody’s not Will & Jada. And they are contractually obligated to promote whatever movie they’re in. When they sign a contract for a movie, they also sign up to do whatever promotional activities it takes to market that movie so they get their money back and make a profit. The actor does, not their family. A LOT of people, including her, you don’t even see until they have a movie coming out, unless the paps hang out around their house. I disagree with the Obama thing but, yes, she does need to call the CA governor and figure out some way they can come to some type of agreement on how they treat their children IF they do not want them stalking the kids.

    The Obama comment was crazy, but I don’t disagree with her.  It’s one thing to stalk and take pictures of her it’s an entirely different issue to seek out her child who did not ask to be in the spotlight.

    Come on, you can’t be famous without fame. It’s like someone else already said…That’s the price you pay for fame. Personally I think Halle is a little crazy anyway, and this is just an excuse for her. Her daughter can be in a school that the paparazzi has no access to.

    She thinks her “hot” status that the public gave her( with the paparazzi)  gives her the right to Knock directly on the door of The White House. Contact your governor, Halle. When she calls, I hope Michelle answers the phone.

      I agree, she really is full of herself. I think she is kind of crazy to be honest.

    There go a good black woman. Not a racist, I really think they should back off when it comes to their children. Because they are exposing to much of confidential photos. Next thing someone tries to hurt their child.

    She’s right. I don’t think she cares when it’s just her, but when it’s her kid. I mean come on there is nothing exciting about picking a child up from school. Really?! Her kid didn’t sign up for it and she and everyone else has the right to “whine and complain” when it comes to their children.

       And how’s that whining working out for her? She will not change the system. Don’t hate the game, just put that child in a more exclusive school. When’s the last time someone heard about Kimora’s girls in school? Maybe Denzel? Iman’s daughter? She’s willingly placed her child in the spotlight right along with her. Take responsibility for the actions you create.

Get out of the game or stay in and stop whining because of your fame. *final side eye* Like she has the Pres on speed dial or something. Delusions on so many levels…lol

      Or get a home tutor, private schooling, some body guards or even mask that child like MJ did his. Find another solution to a situation that’s much bigger than she is. Why do people always want the world to change for them versus changing things for themselves?

    She wanted fame and all that comes with and this comes with it … I hate when they whine about it …yet she will be going nonstop to promote a movie….. come on now can’t have both……. thats why some celebs send their kids to private schools or boarding schools get a grip

      Different issues.  Promoting a movie is her livelihood.  Her child is not part of that.  Most people don’t believe their children have anything to do with their working lives.   Also, I wasn’t aware that her child was enrolled in a public school.
