Are your dogs barking?

We’re talking about your feet, especially now that it’s sandals season.

No, your feet may not be hurting, and you may think you’re looking pretty cute as you strut your stuff on the beach, the boardwalk or even at work.

But neglected feet can rob you of the cute factor big time. Your feet may be barking big time and begging for a little TLC.

This can be true even if you go to your favorite spot to have a regular pedicure or give yourself a pedicure at home every once in a while.

That’s because your feet need some attention in between your pedicures too.

Here are some steps to follow:

I always see to it that I wash by the end of the day before going to bed. I wash my face, my armpits and other sensitive pats my body and I never forget to also wash my feet.

    Some
good tips! But I personally prefer remedies made frome cedar wood, such as
cedarsoles. It’s because the cedar wood has very antifungal attributes, which
    keep infectious bacteria away.

girl, they said weekly pedicures AT HOME. ain’t no one going to the nail place every week when you have foot stuff at home don’t ya.

i know i have to do my feet and soon. they’ve been covered up and unpolished for too long.

I find baking soda makes a good body and foot scrub, and foot soak at $.50 a box, if you buy a store brand.  I don’t know why it’s not used in homemade beauty treatments more often.

Hate to see crusty heels in sandals.  Some people will throw on sandals in a minute without cleaning up their feet first.  And if you have that weird looking second-toe-longer-than-the-big-toe going on, then please, wear closed toe shoes.  There used to be a woman at work whose second toes were about a 1/2 inch longer than than her big toes…and she decorated them with toe rings (yee-ikes!)

weekly pedicures? $$ you better learn to scrub your own feet because pedicures around me are 25 dollars BEFORE the tip. $100 a month on feet is crazy!

5-7 cups of milk, really! Who is gonna waste that much milk?!

I know.  I drink milk, so I can’t imagine using about a half gallon on my feet.  But, I’m am trying one cup in a foot bath.  Want to see what happens.
