After all, no one ever expects to get divorcde when they decide to get married. However, Crystal says, “you don’t have anything to be ashamed of.”

Her advice? “What I recommend is that you give yourself some time to grieve what you wished it could have been and should have been and ought to have been.”

    I’ve never been divorced but I know several people who have, I can imagine the grief of a failed marriage is hard especially when you had high hopes but there are grieves harder than divorce.  Count your blessings, this may be the best overall and you may have dodged a bullet in the long run.

    Nope. I’m single as a dollar bill, and doing better than I ever have. I filed, so there was nothing to get over.
