This article is not true. Black women are being laid off in very large numbers and being discriminated against in the workplace, particularly by white females. I know of plenty that have been laid off over the past year and nothing is being done about it. Black women need to step up and speak out. This article is propaganda and is being used to counter the reality of what is really going on. The question is where are these black women working and what type of jobs are they getting? Are they getting the professional jobs with the salaries they had prior to being laid off or are they being forced into menial positions. There are a stream of educated black women that were in senior positions and making good salaries that were forced out of their positions due to racial discrimination. This is what the real deal is. This article is pure fabrication.
