I personally get a little depressed if I haven’t indulged in something for a while. It makes me ask myself, “What am I living for if all I do is work and not enjoy myself?” Everyone feels that way occasionally. It can be hard if you feel this way and don’t have much money. Luckily there are cheap ways to send away the budget-blues.

I liked the volunter part giving to others always makes you feel good about yourself it makes me feel rich, as far as food and drink, I am a water snob, so every now and then I buy these waters to me feel like i am drinking something “”rich” perrier, and pellagrino, and sparkling grape juice the red one, as for food  I cook my own food using cookbook receipes and what I see on the tv and the net, I personally love the thrift stores, flea markets, antiique shops and garage sales.
