1. More Daylight
Nothing is more depressing than looking out of your window at 4pm and it’s pitch dark outside. Most of us simply want to go home and hide. But after Daylight Saving Time, it’s a totally different vibe. We leave the office at 5pm and it’s still light out, so we naturally feel better because the sun is still shining. Now we want to go to Happy Hour, spend more time with friends outdoors and meet new people. When you’re in a better mood, you feel better about yourself; and next thing you know, you’re flirting with complete strangers on the patio deck of your favorite restaurant or bar. More daylight means more time to get into something fun!
