Taking a break from life by praying, attending a religious/spiritual service, or engaging in meditating can reduce stress and help you to relax. These spiritual activities enable us to escape the worries that can plague us through the day. They give us an opportunity to reflect, organize our thoughts, and spend time developing our inner selves.
