so dumb!!!! I have no idea why young adults think fighting is “cool” and then videotape it. Wait till the future, you will see how “cool” you are when career opportunities close on you.

Even if the victim in this case was talking smack about the aggressor, so what?  There is such a thing as freedom of speech–even hateful speech–so she was within her rights to say whatever.  Stupid and tasteless?  YES!  But you can’t go around assaulting people because they said something unkind or unflattering.  While the words were probably infuriating, that isn’t enough provocation to go seeking to batter someone in their own home because of it.

The way the aggressor reacted leads me to believe that maybe that trash talk may have had more than a little truth to it.

Glad that beast is behind bars. Make the charges stick. The girl should have not open her door to her. That beast had the nerves to put her foot in the door, just before she began the attack. 

There is nothing good about to come out of this regardless of when it was done.  I don’t see this girl getting off so easily and I would have the person who filmed it charged as well.  I got that the other gilr may have said something she didn’t like, but they are WORDS FOR PETE’S SAKE!!!
She should’ve shut that door, hell I don’t even open my door for relatives much less a stranger or neighbor.  But she probably would’ve tried to get in and THAT would’ve been the last video she starred in.  All of this fighting!!!  Sad.

(I may be in the minority w/ my opinion) I won’t defend Tashay’s actions, b/c it was OD, but if you’re going to be an ‘internet thug’ you need to be prepared to back up anything that comes out of your mouth. It’s 2012, you can’t under-estimate anyone’s level of ‘crazy’. People will shoot and kill you if you look suspect (ahem, there’s no need to say what I am referencing), what makes you think someone won’t confront you if you talk about them all day long??
