Woman Who Had Bleach Fight in Walmart Banned From Store for Five Years

Remember Theresa Monique Jefferson? She’s the woman who threw bleach and Pine Sol on her baby daddy’s girlfriend in a Walmart store in Baltimore back in October. That little fight sent 19 people to the hospital with irritated eyes and respiratory problems and now the chain isn’t taking any chances on Theresa losing her cool again. They’ve banned her from their store for five years. That includes all Walmart’s in the world.

Truthfully, Theresa got off easy for stunt. Initially she was charged with first- and second-degree assault, reckless endangerment, and malicious destruction of property. All but the second-degree charge was dropped and she was given a suspended five-year sentence, probation and community service, and ordered to stay away from the victim, Ebony Odoms. In a brief court statement, she expressed regret for her behavior.

“I definitely would apologize that the incident escalated to the level it did,” she said, calling the incident “a humiliating and embarrassing experience, one that won’t happen again.”

SMH I hope not.

Theresa and Ebony had reportedly been going at it for a while before a chance encounter in the store set things off. Ebony even had a restraining order against Theresa who had threatened her several times. She obviously made good on that promise in Walmart, but somehow she was acquitted of any violation of the protection order because she has “vowed to stay away from the drama.”

I’m not so sure. It’s hard to undo that type of ratchetness.

Let me be the 1st to set the record str8t. I have never and would never fight over ANY man. I am to intelligent, sophisticated and attractive to stoop to that level. Unfortunately, this is a situation of a guy that was dumped and never got over it. What the public does not know is that there was a restraining order set in place against Mr. Pannell by myself (Theresa Jefferson)7 months prior to this incident. Mr. Pannell’s fiance, Ebony Odoms was not a victim and is facing the same charges.Ebony Odoms repeatedly put ‘herself’ in the middle of how we (myself & Mr. Pannell) dealt with our child as parents and was very jealous of me. She had always resented the fact that Mr. Pannell had a child by me yet did not want any with her. You see America what we have is a sick young lady on our hands who set up and executed a  scheme along with the help of my childs father, to gain custody of my son. Shame on you America to judge before you have ALL the facts. This story goes deeper than you could ever imagine and the media has not even begun to scratch the surface. As for Ms. Ebony Odoms, she has postponed her court date electing for a jury trial June 7,2012. She is accused of spraying mace and throwing ’TWO’ chemicals one of which was the pine-sol believed to cause a chemical reaction in Wal-Mart which lead to the evacuation of the store.Keep in mind i’ve lived in this community for over ten years, Mr.Pannell and Ms. Odoms live in Owings Mills, you do the math. Believe HALF of what you read and NONE of what you hear.
P.S. when being attacked by not one but two parties, survival instincts kick in and its fight or flight.,,enjoy your day America!!!

OHH WEEE! That bleach and pine sol ate all her hair.  She look like she got tatter all up about the side of her  head.  I hope it was worth it.

Hey, we all get angry when pushed to the limit. Who knows what Ebony was doing to provoke all of this. Just saying. Everyone is tell this woman to “grow up” but the truth of the matter is we all wish we could hurt the person we hate. This situation could have been a whole lot worst, but I don’t judge her reaction. Not at all. #TEAMBLEACH

The piece of information that doesn’t help her is that Ebony already had a restraining order against her.  When Theresa saw her, she should have just walked away in the other direction. As huge as Walmart stores are, it should have been easy to avoid her.   There are usually uniformed police officers in each store, so she could have reported it if Ebony was harrassing her.  Regardless of what actually provoked the fight, or anything that had gone on before that day, it boils down to looking as though the two women were fighting over this guy, who has managed to keep his name out of the whole mess.

I wonder if the girlfriend’s skin is seriously damaged? Ugh this woman needs to stop. She got off way too easy.

  • MixedUpInVegas

How crude and stereotypical.  Probably made a huge scene in WalMart and confirmed everyone’s suspicions about angry black women.  No wonder they don’t want her ratchet a$$ back in their store again ever!

  • Rachael

I bet she’s embarrassed. Her mug shot with half her weave ripped off her scalp is circulating all around the globe! I hope she really has learned her lesson and I hope that other chick isn’t blind.

      • Lalatarea

its the truth though, ex wives always have and always will get more respect than baby mamas

        • Silverspringchic

thats if your husband gave you alimony, if not, then a wife really isnt anything better than a baby momma

  • F3ral Anarchy

shortage of men in bmore im guessing

    • Gimmeabreak78

This woman’s problems don’t stem from a shortage of men, but rather from a shortage of home training.

      • F3ral Anarchy

         LOL!  indeedy so

      • Didshereallygothere

EXACTLY! Broads like her give ‘baby mammas’ a bad name everywhere! Regardless of where they’re from!!! When it didn’t work out with my [child's father] I all ran into him with a new companion @ happy hour..proceeded to treat them to a round of drinks (with HIS money I’d gotten earlier that week; mind you!), chatted pleasantly, and went about my merry business.

        • JusSayin

See I was with you until you got rachet and said “with HIS money I’d gotten earlier that week.” No sweety, HIS money goes to your child. So rachet behavior like that has men thinking that women squander their child support towards things that don’t have anything to do with their child. My child’s father is obligated to pay more than is deemed necessary and I placed the extra in my son’s college fund. It is automatically deposited.

          • FromUR2UB

A few men use that gripe as an excuse.  What they’re really worried about is that some other man will benefit from the money paid to the mother.  They complain if they hear that she has bought new shoes for herself, or had her hair and nails done, because they feel that’s for attracting men. But as long as the mother works and his children’s needs are met, it’s none of his business how she spends money.

Wow!! I was cheering than you went a whole different direction! I hope you didn’t spend up all the babies money! This is why some father’s who actually want to pay for their children, are so suspicious! SMH hard!!

        • Jojoaustin2002

Lol. Not sure if I would have done it that way but basically you paid him back some of his child support money by buying the drinks and you just look like the better, non bitter person. I don’t know why people are going so hard on you.

You need to grow up, any money from your babby daddy is for your BABY not for you to be acting a fool spending on stupid stuff. You are just as ratchet as that Walmart chick.

        • Jada

          Damn right very classy!!!!

      • FromUR2UB

How about a shortage of good sense, coupled with nothing to lose? It doesn’t seem like she valued her freedom at the time.
