1. Strip Lashes Are the Easiest Way to Go

Preparing for a night on the town? Or maybe you just want to look a bit more fresh for that morning presentation or lunch meeting? Strip lashes are the perfect solution to all of the sleepy and dark eye circle woes. Strip lashes can be made in both synthetic and human hair fibers for a more natural look and feel. They should be worn no more than 48 hours and can be applied with temporary eyelash adhesive like the one pictured here.

Not for me…but I will add my two cents on the matter. False lashes are very similar to weaves in that if done correctly, they can enhance the appearance of those that chose to wear them. However, also like weaves, if I can tell you’re wearing them, then it looks even worse and you have just defeated the purpose (and wasted time and money) of attempting the “enhancement”. I don’t want to see glue, starting/ending points, etc. Moral of the story, you may have to invest more, but please either do it correctly or don’t do it at all.

Not telling anyone how to live but as someone who has to hold a few conversations a day at work with one of the worst false eyelash offenders on the planet and painfully hold eye contact with this person, please spare us all the torture if you’re not going to do it right. Thanks

ikr! if i see one more remy/yaki blended sista with payless shoes/dots/cititrends couture clothing and ratchet ask beauty store/dollar store lashes with Elmers glue i dont know what im going to do!

I hate when women wear the spider lashes…sooo fake. Also, if a woman wears false lashes, she should also wear some other makeup too. It’s looks weird when women only have lashes but blemishes on their skin and plain lips, IMO

I love lashes, but I am allergic to latex.  Latex is a main ingredient found in most lash adhesives.  So be very careful if you have the same sensitivies.

I wish I could get into lashes, because I love the way they look. My own lashes are naturally long, so with mascara, it almost looks as though I have fake lashes on, but my eyes are too easily irritated, so I can never experiment! :(

I love lashes!!! I use the individuals and they last me up to 2 weeks, sometimes longer and its great because I don’t really have to use make up or anything when I’m going out cause the lashes give u a flattering look already!!! Lashes and pink lipstick and I’m good to go!!!

My eyelashes are naturally curly, so it’s very difficult to put falsies on sometimes. Grrr!!! But they look so lovely when people have them on!

I’m seriously into lashes!! The lash serums are good as they do actually make your lashes longer..you see the difference when mascara is applied. But they usually start taking effect from 6 weeks!!….not 5 months. Who is gonna wait 5 months? However, once the effect has taken place you need to continue to use otherwise your back to where you started. So I continue to use at least 3 times a week!

Are there any side effects to the serums such as dark circles or puffiness around the eye?

      • MissRealuminatti

I heard they make your eyelids darker and may irritate your eyes.
