Sheree’s $750K Salary Demand Likely Got Her Cut

Neither Bravo nor Sheree Whitfield have confirmed rumors that she won’t be returning for the next season of the “Real Housewives of Atlanta,” but Sister 2 Sister magazine has reached out to some of its inside sources and they claim Sheree’s salary demands are what caused Bravo to wave bye-bye.

It seems Sheree was after that Nene Leakes money, asking the producers to significantly increase her salary to be comparable to the $750,000 her “very rich” castmate brings in. There’s no word on what Sheree’s current pay is/was but apparently it’s too far from that figure for the producers to even consider. Not confirming whether the rumor is true, one insider said:

“If she’s dropped … she’s in a f***ed up place right now.

“The way Bravo operates is that they don’t tell you [anything]. So, I don’t know. I heard people talking about it, but until one of the producers tells me, I don’t know it for a fact.”

I’d thought from this season’s episodes that Nene and Sheree were sort of in a “we agree to disagree” space and were done beefing with each other, but from a sneak peak of the upcoming reunion shown on “Watch What Happens Live” last night, these two are clearly still on very bad terms. It makes sense Sheree would want to match ends with her top rival’s bank account (especially after that Aston Martin repossession) but from the sounds of things that’s not gone happn’. Unfortunately for Sheree, she’s really the only housewife who doesn’t have anything else going on outside of the show, unless you count her She for Sheree fashion line. I’m feeling like this source right now, who said:

“Once it’s over, you gotta have money coming in. She had four years to be on [‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’]. She couldn’t come up with something? She didn’t put no money away?”

Apparently not.

On another note, am I the only one shocked Nene is making $750K off of this show?

    I feel like Bravo should have booted Sheree and kept Lisa Wu Hartwell from two seasons ago, Her story was more interesting I wanted to see if she and her husband were able to have another baby, her clothing line, and if her husband was going to get picked up by another nfl team…Seems like Bravo made a mistake by booting Lisa and keeping Sheree! *Shrugs*

    and if you ask me, the way she threw kandi under the bus to kim was a flagrant example of her survivor contestant scampering before tribal council mentality.  she knew damn well what she did was wrong. and with a wry smile on her face…….  and then when they fired her, she’s begs to keep her job cause she needs the money.  dummy, the only way you go to your boss and demand a higher salary is if you can still live if they FIRE YOU!!  employee 101—-  obviously you’ve NEVER, EVER  had a job! you can’t demand the pay of another employee unless you can produce the work of the other employee, more efficiently, in a new way, or at least bringing something else to the table. everybody else is making less money than you and nene.  i don’t see them complaining!  —-hint hint,  oh and they still got jobs!!! (with or without the network),,,dummy

    see.  i started my boyfriend watchin this with me.  he pointed out in short order that all sheree’s behavior appears fake.  in looking at the other ladies, i find that sheree’s actions seemed forced.  now we see that she was spending it as soon as she was getting it.  she could have paid for a house or townhouse, and had 2 paid for cars in just 2 seasons.  she operated as if this once in a lifetime blessing was forever.  see, this is her lack of education/business sense showing.  everybody else had money/business before the show.  all sheree had was alimony and child support financing her….  a damn shame.  she should have gone to get some kind of education so she could take care of herself in future years, (like now) instead of crackin on kim who at least got some kind of education on her…  big dummy!!  i feel bad, but she got what she deserves.  who builds a house from the ground up….oh,  people with money in the bank!!!

    NeeNee makes 750k for the season and she makes 250k if she does the reunion show and Sharee makes 600k. But she doesn’t deserve NeeNee type of money because she aint NeeNee. NeeNee is the star of the show and Sharee isn’t.

    NeNe is not at all likeable, and hasn’t been since Season 1. I notice that the loud, obnoxious, bully seems to always be the one that grabs the largest fan base. I’ve gone back and forth with liking Sheree. I liked her mainly bcuz she was that person that could check NeNe and bring her to tears (the truth hurts), but I didn’t care too much for her after the whole “Black Baby” drama. In any event no matter how much you don’t like NeNe, you have to give credit where credit is due. She of all the reality stars (less the Kardashians, of course) did what you’re suppose to do after agreeing to sign away the rights to yoour personal life at all costs. SHE CAPITALIZED, and built a solid career out of it. Can’t be nothing but proud of how she came up. In addition she also made MAJOR much needed changes to her persona, which are more than fitting for the new NeNe. Kudos on a job well done….

       well said!  i’ve been watchin since day one and everybody, including the new additions is doing something.  and you must admit, the drama nene brought was personality only.  sheree deals in misdirection, misinformation, lies and deceit to make herself relevant.  i don’t wish ill on anyone, but she brought this on herself

    the problem with Sheree is she is not too bright, to put it nicely. because she is dim, she focuses too much on all the wrong things, hopping on coattails of those she imagines to be smarter, but nobody is trying to carry dead weight. her ex-husband (his athleticism and business acumen paying for her boutique, fashion line and lifestyle), Nene (RHOA), Kim (sugar daddy come-up), Lisa (book, charity, work-out tapes), Phaedra (free legal services), and Kandi (celebrity) all got hip to her contribute nothing stank attitude and moved on.  Sheree is too busy putting on airs to figure out where she can make money for herself, instead of looking for a hand out from everyone else.

    So she leaves….Sheree is overinflated….in HER mind. In HER mind she is all that PLUS some when in reality…even her clothing line is sad. Everyone….well except her and Kim has something going on the side. Oh yeah…Kim has that awful wig line she works on. Sheree deals in drama and sonstant stirring of the drama pot. Perhaps she SHOULD go elsewhere that she can throw someone under the bus…because thats what shes good at….GOOD RIDDANCE!

    Sheree could be rolling in $$ if she opened up her own work out studio or become a personal trainer, to celebs. Trainers make cash money! or she’ll appear on Kim’s new show. HA!

      @Joie206 – EXACTLY. By now Sheree would of had a long list of celebrity and rich clientele looking to exercise. She could of not only been a personal trainer, she could have DVDs, retail store, clothing line for excercising, and several studios. Unfortunately she so busy trying to be in the spotlight she’s missing out on capitalizing on her purpose. Who is her management where are her friends. Like WTF!!!

        uh,  i saw who she hired to help her with her clothing line…….  she can’t afford a manager, an agent or anything else.  Phaedra tried to help her and got an incompetence stamp.   nobody can help her now.  she looks like a contestant on survivor scrambling to keep from bein voted out, or isiah thomas who was shocked to get fired with  a 26-65 record.  (smh), she should have spent more time worrying about how to get a job instead of harassing everybody else.  all the other girls always got something they goin to…….   damn sheree, you make sista’s look bad

      she’s just uneducated and has no business sense.  she thinks she can sit back and get money.  she doesn’t realize that some REAL WORK is at the foundation… she may not have alot of beauty, but she’s not ugly either, (especially with make up). and with her muscular stature, she OBVIOUSLY goes to the gym all day. work out video, yea. if kim could make money on that voice, sheree could have done something, a work out video seemed to be an easy deal to me……………just sayin

    I can see NeNe making thatmuch money on RHOA because she has been on since it started. She’s had her financial ups and downs butshe’s been bringing the drama tothe show. Kim, the only other original houswife has had her own money through “Big Poppa” and she wasnt that great as a character.Now, to speak of the third original Housewife, Sheree, what has sheever been but a follower; alappy dog. Shewas with Nene when they confronted Kim, then with Kim when shesaid NeNe took money away from her. She was with Phaedra whne shethought that she could “Use” her as “Her” attorney. She doesn’t have anything other than probably what Bravo pays for through her salary.
    SHEREE IS DEFINITELY EXPENDABLE; SHEB HAS BECOME VERY STALE AND IS FRIEND TO NO ONE!!!

    nene tried to change her image this season.. i hated her when it first started. but i must say that she is a smart business woman and I can honestly say that I’m happy for the success that she has found. She has lots of things going on… although Kandi is the only one with that super long money I’m sure that Phaedra and Nene are coming in 2nd and 3rd place.

      i was like that too, but i think her and gregg been on the rocks for a while, and that made her edgy all the time.  but yes, if she wants to be marketable and get work, she said it best in africa when marlo went after sheree, she reflected on her past behavior.  good for nene.  and unlike sheree, she too had her money BEFORE the show. she may not be rich, but compared to sheree she is.  i don’t see anyone else with an astin martin.  big dummy

    If the Jersey Shore cast can bring in $100,000 an episode, then no, this doesn’t surprise me at all. I was tired of Sheree anyway! She is too petty, and her story line is boring! Seriously, what does she do besides stick her nose in everyone else’s business and talk down about everybody? Don’t worry, I’ll wait…

      I agree 100%. I didn’t like Sheree one bit. She kept up too much *ish on the show. Gossiping, greedy know it all. Now she’s trying to run her daughter’s man off, because she lonely.

    Hmm I don’t think Ne-Ne is making $750k off the show maybe she is but maybe that $750k assumption is combined with everything else she’s doing including RHOA but either way the show won’t suffer if she’s gone! You can easily get someone to fill her spot with drama to add I’m sure.
