Rihanna Catches a Serious ‘Tude When Asked About Ashton Kutcher Rumors

I don’t know if you heard the rumors that Rihanna and Ashton Kutcher supposedly have a thang going on but last week TMZ reported Rih Rih was creeping to his house way past midnight, i.e. there was a booty call in their midst.

Well yesterday one bold reporter decided to ask Rihanna about that rumor during a press conference in London to promote her new movie, “Battleship,” and all I know is the look on Rihanna’s face when the reporter asked if Ashton would be coming to London to visit her was absolutely priceless, as was her response:

“Wow, how disappointing was that question,” she said. [Pause for side-eye, flaring of the nostrils, and shaking of the head]

“I’m happy and I’m single, if that’s what you’re really asking.” [Insert subtle eye roll]

So was that a no?

To be fair, Rihanna seemed like she wasn’t in the mood for any type of questions at the press event but that reporter clearly set her off. It does Rihanna no justice to simply relay her reaction so check out the video here and see for yourself. What do you think about her response?

    Besides the incident with Chris, Rihanna is everything that I should’ve been in my 20′s.  She lives her life to the fullest!!  Ahhhh regrets…:-(

      she is incredibly reckless and immature and has very little talent. I’m in my early twenties and am grateful i don’t possess any of those traits because my integrity and humility is not for sale not even for the amt of money rihanna has.

        Say what you will but her talentless self is paid..and you gotta have some kinda talent to get paid…and anyways who really cares if her crotch was feeling hot for the Kutcher dude…focus people…the world is going to hell in a handbasket and these trivial bits of “news” always seem to get the attention it does not deserve…

          You do not have to have talent to get paid now of days. You just have to give the people what they want…and that’s not always talent now of days. Living your life to the fullest is wonderful but she is extremely immature. She should be having all the fun she wants, but she needs to grow up at the same time. I’m 19 and I can’t stand to be around people my age who act ridiculously with the excuse that “I’m young and living my life”. Not trying to hate or anything I’m just saying.

            Here’s the thing….I completely understand what you are saying and think that at times she can be immature. In addition, as a singer myself, it pains me to see that talent is no longer an important factor to one’s mainstream success in the music industry. HOWEVER, I AM guilty of being a little envious of Rihanna. Not because she acts childish…but because she doesn’t care what people think and isn’t afraid to put people in their place. Someone like me who is in professional environments often has to constantly police theirself and bite their tongue. She lives a life free of rules. I know this may not be the WISEST thing (if it were, more of us would do it), but nonetheless there is something to be said for it. We all wish we could be more carefree and disregard who people TELL us to be because guess what…you can say all you want about what kind of person she is. But you know what the beautiful thing about it is?? SHE DOESN’T CARE! lol I wish….

            (Not saying I like everything she does…simply explaining what the fuss is about in terms of her being “free”)

              Oh trust me I have no problem with the fact that she has no problem putting people in their places. I actually think that’s necessary. However the way she goes about it is my problem. “Because I’m Black b****” (which I’m not gonna lie I laughed at) and “Neither is your avi” were completely immature. I have no problem with the fact that she wants to put some chick asking her why her hair is nappy in her place and shutting down people who have something to say about her making music Chris Brown. I applaud that. The fact of the matter is that she’s 24 and her actions are that of a catty 15 year old. 

              She can be free and snappy all she wants to. There’s a way to do it though with some sort of dignity and maturiy. Trust me I have to tell people about themselves constantly. I’m able to and choose to do so with out uttering one curse word or having to make fun of their physical appearance or other childish things like that. I’m not perfect so don’t think I’m coming down on her as though I am. I’m just saying.

    She’s single & Ashton & Demi are divorced now, so she’s not wrecking anyone’s marriage… what’s the big deal? I thought that the way she handled it was very mild, compared to how she acts over on Twitter. But that’s one thing I love about this girl; she will speak her mind and clearly isn’t a pushover! Real talk, it just seems like Rihanna can’t win for losing!!
