Get bold with a bold lip! There are a plethora of bright and colorful lip colors to choose from. Your eye makeup should be minimal. If you rather stay away from a bold lip, try a bright eyeliner. Line your upper lash line and lower lash line. For more of a dramatic effect, wing out the eyeliner at your upper lash line. Add a subtle color of lip-gloss or lipstick and you’re ready to go!
