Hi ladies! We’ve been cooking up something very exciting over here at Madame Noire HQ and now we’re ready to start showing you a little peek of what we have in store!

Starting next Wednesday, March 28, we will be airing our very first talk show, Ask A Black Man. We’ve invited 18 men to appear on our show to give you the low down and share their intimate secrets about love, sex, marriage and relationships. Our talk show features blue collar men, married men, single men, corporate men, young men, older men–all kinds of men–who promised to be open and give us their honest answers to our questions and more. Our host–the lovely Kela Walker from She’s The Boss–will be holding it down for #TeamOvaries and fielding questions to our panel of men.

Before we drop the trailer (coming soon, we promise!) and the first episode, we’d like to introduce you to our panel. We’ll be posting a new guy every weekday, so remember to log on to find out who you can expect to see in upcoming episodes.

Today’s featured guest is none other than Panama Jackson, the other very smart brotha from VerySmartBrothas.com.

Damon Young is definitely the “very smart” of the two brothas. Mr. Young’s self-confidence is sincere and humble. Mr. Jackson also is bright, he just tries too hard to be enigmatic and “witty.” Those who are truly witty rarely feel the need to show it off or admit it. I do, however, appreciate Mr. Jackson’s dedication to his child. It reflects maturity and responsibility; both which ought to be commended!

FYI: This panel and its viewers would greatly benefit by having brothers from different religious, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. At times I felt as if I was watching a Tyler Perry film. Zoinks.

I love the fact that he realized that he needed to grow to be an example for his daughter.  I like his answers they seem to be well thought out and sincere. I like his confidence as well.

Mannnnn, I have been reading Pamana’s blogs or years and lemme tell you, dude is the FUNNIEST! He isn’t “obvious” funny….well, sometimes he is…but he’s usually funny in a “Hmmm….he said that a half hour ago and I’m just gettin’ it” kinda funny!  If he doesn’t come across like that during the interview then believe me, he decided to reel himself back in – which would be a shock because he’d be real before he reeled…..seriously. I can’t wait for this interview.
