How Tweet It Is: Folks Who Need A Twitter Take Down!

Wale

Wale is one of the few mainstream rappers out that is often praised for his “realness” in his music and his respect of Black people and women in general (except in his verse in Waka Flacka’s remix of “No Hands” which I’m not complaining about because that IS my jam). But for some reason, he always seems to seek out people who “hate” on him.  It’s like he loves to just argue with people who don’t like his music and tell them what’s wrong with them. He got into a “Twitter beef” a few months ago with video chick Rosa Acosta because she tweeted that his “creative idea” to jump into the audience during his show was a fail. He called her all OUT of her name because of it and went on quite the rant. But, I guess he’s using his account as he sees fit. *blank stare*

  • Lady93

Drenna Armstrong you forgot to add 50 Cents because he is a lunatic…For some reason he is on my timeline as well (I do not follow him either) and I don’t know where he came from….But I think its best if those stars don’t have Twitter accounts because it seem alot of them do not know how to behave.

I don’t tweet, however, if I had a publicist to do it for me, (and get paid to do so), like a lot of the celebs do, I probably would.  The celebs do what ever they can to keep themselves relevant, and in the public eye.  The next time you read a tweet, ask yourself “Who actually wrote this”.  If they are as busy as they say they are, it can’t be one of them!

  • DoinMe

I delete more celebs on Twitter than regular people. Some of them have destroyed their image and sometimes its just best to STFU and keep it moving.

  • Merriegirl

Celebrities should not have twitter accounts for the same reason they have publicists: their thoughts need to be filtered and censored. Their public image is package which includes different systems that work together to keep the public happy & interested in the person. They are not as individuals capable of doing the work of all those systems through twitter.

I have no problem with how Rihanna handled that one tweet, because of the way the girl posed her comment. She could have said the obvious better, but instead she chose ‘the guy who beat your face in”<-That is not genuine concern. Two wrongs don't make it right but I don't think you should just say whatever you like and not be accountable.
As for Tameka Raymond : shoots up her computer room, crushes her smartphone : That 50 year old needs to act her age and stop attacking people in the name of Usher,he loathes you Tameka. : pops car tires :.. You know just in case she tries to leave the house.

      I agree.

  • Emo Celebs

I definitely agree with Tyrese!! Everyone has a little hypocrite in them but his is annoying and painfully obvious because he’s preaching all the damn time smdh.
But don’t forget about superhead who was cussing her husband out on fb and telling everyone that she deserved better and wasn’t being sexually satisfied. Now she needs to just find that “delete” button!!

  • Ay

I don’t buy what Wale’s selling. I think his whole “pro-black everything” is a gimmick. There I said it.

  • YardGyal

I don’t have a twitter account. However, it is interesting that more men than women are on this list lol.
Where do people find time to do this crap?
