As a woman, when someone has done you dirty in a relationship, it can be hard to let it go. No one wants to feel like they’ve been played to the left. It’s only natural that you would harbor a grudge towards that person, at least for a little while.

But things can go from normal to downright dysfunctional, when the grudge you’re so lovingly holding on to, starts to consume every aspect of your life.

Find out how you can get rid of the grudge at Your Tango.com.

It’s one thing to forgive . . . . but you’d have to be a fool to forget the offender’s capacity to do you wrong.  Forget about him, but never give him another opportunity to mess up your life.

Fool me once, shame on you . . . Fool me twice, shame on me.

But that’s like holding on to the grudge itself…right or wrong?

First you “hurt”, then “hate”, then you’re suppose to “HEAL.”  Just don’t let anyone rent space in your head for free (then that person have control over you), besides it takes too much energy to even make that person relevant. Time…just…time…and biblical scriptures and prayer really helps!

That is good advice.  Really good advice!
