Curious How Beyonce Got that Post-Baby Body?

The answer is a live-in trainer. Yup, Bey is supposedly taking no chances whipping her body into even better shape then it was in before she got pregnant by keeping her motivator in her line of sight 24/7.

The NY Post says Beyonce has moved her personal trainer Marco Borges in with her to keep her on track to drop the 40 pounds she gained while pregnant with Blue Ivy. So far, she’s lost 14 of those pounds since giving birth Jan. 7, thanks to Marco’s intense regimen. According to a source:

“Beyonce and Marco are up at 5 a.m. for a two-hour workout, and they do it again at 5 p.m. They do a mix of cardio, Pilates, plyometrics, yoga and, of course, dance.”

As far as eating is concerned, she’s “living on protein shakes, egg-white omelettes, pineapple chunks and lots of ice-cold water.”

It’s pretty safe to say you won’t catch Bey in a weight loss infomercial any time soon. From the looks of her few nights out since becoming a mommy, her routine is on point. Which doesn’t surprise us considering her work ethic. As the source points out:

“She’s exhausted but totally dedicated. Beyonce’s vowed to have a better body than ever before… and she’s a woman of her word.”

Can’t knock the hustle.

    i hope she’s not breast feeding, cause that meal plan she is on is gonna give the baby a wicked diaper rash. not to mention, it’s lacking anything good for the baby

    Every time Mel B or some White celebrity has a child and snaps back into shape… we hear oohs and ahhs, applaud & envy them for there ability to lose the baby weight quickly, etc… But when BEYONCE does it, we don’t believe she had the baby. Please. Every woman I know who was fit and in shape snapped back after the baby. Even my doctor said that I, who is due in a few months, will quickly get back to my pre-pregnancy weight because I have only gained baby weight. Now I watch what I eat but I am sure my diet is no where near as strict as Beyonce’s diet probably was so I’m am not surprised she bounced back in 6 weeks…at all.

    Honestly, I think that was one of the fastest full term pregnancies I’ve ever heard of. Its almost like she catapult from 2 months to 9 in such a short time. I understand that the baby belongs to her but I doubt seriously she gave birth to the child and thats MY opinion. Any way, congrats to them both.

    I’m on the crying baby diet. It goes hmm I’m hungry let me munch on something nope never mind my baby’s crying put the twinkie down! LOL! I was losing weight before I got pregnant and I ended up with preeclampsia .So I got up to 317lbs from 220 (I’m 5’10″). So after my son was born I lost about 25lbs of fluid. Now I just walk and watch what I eat.
