“Got a Valentine?” We’re sooooo tired of this question. Whether you’re boo’d up or solo this year is irrelevant! It’s time we see Valentine’s Day for what it really is: another chance to dress up. If you’re bar hopping with the gals or grabbing dinner with your significant other, then rest assured that ANY of these outfits will fit the occasion.

Check out the list I’ve put together featuring dresses for every style! Flirty? Sophisticated? Edgy? Consider yourself covered. Be inspired and encouraged to make the best of this Valentine’s day or at the very least, make it a day where you’ve looked your best!

"Valentine's Day Look 1"

This coral dress is proof that you don’t have to be revealing to be Hot! Plus, this look is right on trend with a peplum waistline and red and blush cap toe pumps. The gold earrings, metallic snakeskin clutch, and Michael Kors rose gold watch compliment rather than compete with the dress. Truly consider this one if you’re looking for an outfit that can transition straight from the office to a dinner date!

  • Dress, Dorothy Perkins – $49
  • Earrings, Dorothy Perkins – $14
  • Clutch, Miss Selfridge – $28
  • Watch, Michael Kors – $250
  • Heels Topshop – $124

"Valentine's Day Look 2"

This dress is a great fit for the gal who loves to mix and match colors! The purple and red printed Matthew Williamson dress is gorgeous and will show off what you’re working with! Amp it up even further by paring it with teal peep toe heels, a bold RJ Graziano cuff in gold, and a matching clutch. The purple heart earrings by Betsey Johnson are a sweet finishing touch and oh-so festive! Haute mama!

"Valentine's Day Look 3"

Stripes are making a comeback! This black and white fitted dress is cute and classic with a random swipe of pink on the sleeve. Ankle-strap wedges by Boutique 9, opaque black tights, and an unexpected Felix Ray clutch featuring lips and long eyelashes work well with this number. Finish it off with silver knotted earrings and you’re good to go!

"Valentine's Day Look 4"

This Matthew Williamson wrap dress glitters in gold! These ulta pretty chartreuse earrings by Marc by Marc Jacobs, black bow clutch, and skinny gold bracelet go well with the foiled frock. The silver pumps add a nice contrast and elongate the leg. These colors work beautifully with brown skin and you’ll be sure to stand out!

"Valentine's Day Look 5"

Pretty woman! A polka dotted dress is trendy and forgiving with its a-line skirt. A chunky clutch, trio of gold rings, and long shoulder-grazing earrings pair flawlessly with the dress. Plus, the snakeskin pointy toe pumps provide fun texture to the ensemble.  It’s no question that you’ll look awesome!

"Valentine's Day Look 6"

This loose lace dress in lavender is a scene stealer! This pastel hue is so fitting for spring and a necklace in similar colors works great. The floral clutch is sweet and the light tan colored heels are extremely seductive. This outfit combines the best of both worlds!

  • Dress, H&M – $29 (available in stores)
  • Necklace, Macy’s – $45
  • Clutch, Lulu Townsend at DSW – $30
  • Heels, Steve Madden – $129.95

"Valentine's Day Look 7"

This blush dress is beautiful! The white belt with gold hardware cinches the waist effortlessly and shows off the wearer’s curves. Gold drop earrings, sheer leopard print tights, and black booties add much needed edge to the outfit. Who knew one could look both elegant and edgy simultaneously?!

Which outfit most resembles the Valentine’s Day look you’re shooting for?

Nice dresses but I’m not about to pay $150+ for a dress I can make for not even half that.
