I absolutely love everything she shared with us. Beauty and brains. She’s an inspiration for anyone who has a dream. I have one and this info just motivates me more to put myself out there and make it happen. ” She’s The Boss” is the most important video showcase ever made for all young women who need to see positive images. Thanks so much.

Excellent – she’s so down-to-earth and classy – what a breath of fresh air, especially in that she wants to help up-and-coming talent and songwriters

Love it, love it, love it!  More intelligent and ambitious ladies of color need to be showcased to the world.

Such an inspiration. Amazing. I just have to say that I am disappointed(although not surprised) at the little bit of comments on this post. If this was a post titled, ‘Why black men don’t want black women?,’Why black women wear weave?.’ or ‘Why black women aren’t married?’ it would have 1545+ comments by now. But, when an intelligent, independent, classy sista is being shown nobody has anything to say.  I guess if you can’t run in a post talking negative about a black woman, you are on mute. smh. Carmen keep it up. You give hope to all women.
