NeNe Leakes Makes Acting Debut on “Glee”

You might not have known this but before she became Atlanta’s most…entertaining housewife, Nene Leakes actually wanted to pursue acting. She had a headshot and everything.  Really not all that surprising, actually. So now, several years later, Nene is making her acting dreams come true on Fox’s hit show “Glee.” She plays Roz Washington, a synchronized swim coach at William McKinley High School.

The character wasn’t particularly challenging for Nene as Roz is loud and intimidating.

    I HATED it!!! I crunged the whole time!! Im so mad at Glee for having her on the show cause shes “Hot” right now!! Her acting felt forced to me, I want Glee to stick to its roots and not get all star studded out…

      “Star Studded”??????  Nene Leaks.  hahahahahaha  OMG, if I weren’t laughing, I’d be crying.  Hell, I may do both!
      You poor child!  Where do I begin?
      Honey, the idea that you think Nene Leaks is a “star” is what is wrong with television today!  These pseudo- wanna be celebrity reality show train wrecks  have their 15 minutes of fame.  BUT NO TALENT!!
      Real actresses, actual celebrities, deserving of the label “star”, have already made guest appearances on the show.  Cameron Diaz, for example.  And while Cameron Diaz might not be the best actress in the world, she has been cast and starred on screen and on TV, many times. 
       But in no way, in no galaxy of any dimensional  reality will NeNe Leaks ever be considered a “star”.    Reality Check, K boo.

        The show already has a Sue Sylvester — and you aint gonna out-Sue Jane Lynch, sorry NeNe, give it up.
         
        And acting isn’t being yourself (i.e., just a loudmouth sasquatch),  acting is, well, acting — doing something that isn’t your normal personality.  That’s why it is called “acting”.  You have to actually create a NEW character and portray something believably.  Not be yourself.
         
        NeNe is  about as far away from an actress as she can get.
         
        Just another talentless, untrained, former stripper whose agent is trying to pawn off on TV so they can make a quick buck before the 15 minute clock hits 0.  Hollywood is full of strippers who wanna be actors; the only thing NeNe has that they don’t is that people already know her name from that trainwreck of a show she is on — the fake rich people of Atlanta.
