Advocates of the illegal immigration are raving over a stringent immigration law proposed by the federal judge in Arizona court yesterday that would require police officers to check a person’s immigration status and incur other laws, according to BV Black Spin.

U.S District Judge Susan Bolton offered an alternative for federal lawmakers who have been indecisive with illegal immigration laws. The alternative focuses on how to regulate border protections between Mexico and Arizona. Bolton’s new order blocked certain parts of the Arizona law that would propose immigrants to carry papers at all times and that would have prevented illegal aliens from finding employment as day laborers. The judge suggested that overseeing immigration status “burdens lawfully present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked.”

Arizona leaders who are opposed with Bolton’s mandate, want to overturn the ruling which takes effect the day before the Arizona law resumes.
