    I am beyond offended that adoption is characterized as a negative thing that needs to be “overcome” for success. Was this written in 1950? What the heck is wrong with you? Since the late 60′s people have realized that adoption is no big deal and if handled in a rational way, simply an interesting footnote in a normal healthy life.
