Who tuned in to Monday night’s showing of VH1 DIVAS Celebrate Soul? We’ve commented on some of the red carpet looks, but the real show-stopping ensembles could be seen during the performances. And the fashions – much like the performances - were hit and miss. It wasn’t for lack of trying, but some of the looks took center stage and other’s we wished would exit stage left.     i think they all look ok. (MARY WAS HAWT!) i wish erykah had worn the fro wig and some shiny leggings she usually rocks some of the craziest and dopest pieces at her performances … but hey she always does her own thing1

    SIDE NOTE: madame noir, what’s with all the floating ads? i think i had at least 5 ads interrupt my reading of this article alone. i know folks gotta get paid,.. but THAT many floating ads is NO BUENO

    I think people should wear what they like. Style is not necessarily what you wear but how you “tweak” it your way……. I just think for events such as this, I  prefer the classics,,,,, But because they have money celebritys can pretty much wear what they wanna, however the more outragious the outfit the more free publicity.Rite
