Being a New Yorker I am used to living in a city where everyone is mixed with everything. If you walk the streets and ask somebody what their ethnicity is be ready for a response like ,” Well on my dad’s side I’m ….”. It’s always interesting to me to see what people say when you ask them what their ethnicity is. When it comes to celebrities we we can’t help but want to know every little detail about them. Here are some celebrities that you didn’t know were Latino. Some of these may surprise you. Despite their African- American looks, these celebrities are proud to be of Latino heritage.
Jim Jones
When you think of Jim Jones you think of Dip Set, Harlem, Chrissy but you would never guess that he is Latino. He is actually Puerto Rican and Aruban. If that doesn’t sell you, his middle name is Guillermo. Even though he is Latino, his Spanish isn’t too good, so don’t expect him to appear on any reggaeton tracks anytime soon.
