We are in the last month of 2011 so we might as well end it with a bang! Looking your best for less will give you extra pocket change to buy all the Christmas presents on the lists of your extra-needy family and friends. You don’t always have to run to the MAC counter or Sephora to get some great beauty products for your makeup bag. Sometimes less really is more, especially when you’re talking about paying less.     love love LOVE the Iman foundation! :) It’s been my go-to foundation for a couple years now and it works so well with my skin type.. prefer it to some more expensive foundations I have tried. It can also double up as a concealer.

      Iman was absolutely my staple foundation when I used to wear makeup.  I’ve been makeup-free for a year now and I love it! :)

    I enjoyed this article. Let’s face it, no one can tell what brand you’re using. As long as the makeup has the right coverage for your skin, the right finish and the right hue AND the price is right, then go for it (and spend your green on other things).

    OMG!!!!!!!!   This article is just one more reason why I absolutely LOVE
    this site! Some of us fashionista’s on a budget need this help with the pro’s
    and con’s of drugstore makeup! I’d rather spend $8 trying to figure out what
    the right color is rather than $42 and have someone match it and it still isn’t
