Tameka Raymond Using Twitter to Prove She’s a Good Mother

Tameka Raymond appears to be on a damage control mission—via twitter no less. After news broke of her attempt to gain sole custody of her sons with Usher, Tameka seemed to go into overdrive to prove she’s a good mother—starting with twitpics of her sick son.

She posted the message above to let people know she was at home, caring for her sick boy, followed by another message that read: “Im going 2 log off 4 the day. My son is feeling sick, my Twitter is blowing up  frm a BS “slanted” story, whatevsss. The block is HOT. LOL♥”

Later in the day she commented, “No matter how I “look”. My sons are my WORLD.. I could care less abt opinion. Seriously. Ppl need to carry-on….” and just this morning she posted, “I’ll be home w/my son on Wed.. Going no where, believe half of what you see & less that you read. For real. ♥”

Something about posting pics of your sick son sleeping on the couch just rubs me the wrong way. I’m sure Tameka wants to clear her name in what she says is a “ BS ‘slanted’ story,” but it seems while doing so she’s trying to paint an even more negative picture of Usher—as if to say “I’m here caring for my kids while he’s off closing my Saks 5th account.”

Obviously none of us knows the real deal on the couple’s relationship and co-parenting struggles, but children should always be kept out of the middle as much as possible, and from these tweets, it doesn’t look like Tameka’s off to a good start.

    the other 3kids she has. Only two she has by Usher & has anyone notice that
    she is still using his last name!!She knew what she was doing by getting pregnant

    Who does she think should look after her sick kid, it’s her duty as a mother to look after her son, one would think that at her age she should know better, but clearly not. Tameka do yourself a favour, move on, the Usher boat sailed a long time ago.

    Again, using the kids to gain points is a bad idea.  If she’s doing the ‘good mother’ thing, she shouldn’t be on Twitter in the first place. Her actions will speak for themselves. Posting that picture shows a lack of class and says that she needs to move on.

    I don’t understand how she is telling “people” to carry on and stay out of her business but she is still on twitter posting pictures of her kids,which are the subject of what the media is talking about. She needs to act her age,and stop trying to prolong her 15mins of fame.

    I think its wrong for her as a mom, to expose her kid while he asleep! It’s our jobs as mom to protect our children in their most private moments. This creature of a mother has no class or integrity to do this to their own kid. This woman needs to move on…Usher has a new woman in his life and can do whatever he pleases as long as he is a good parent…This man owes her nothing…she needs to MOVE ON…AT THE AGE OF 45…THIS IS RATHER SAD….
