Wael Ghonim, the 30-year-old Google executive and Egyptian activist who is credited with sparking the revolution in Cairo, is calling on Egyptians to not give into negotiations by the government. “There’s a lot of blood now” that has been spilled, he told CNN. ” It’s time for people at the highest levels of the government “to apologize to the families” of those killed.” Ghonim was prepared to give up his life for the cause. He was captured on January 28 and released after 10 days.
