Does Phaedra Look A Little…Different?

The last episode of Housewives of Atlanta was a controversial one. With the stripper at Kandi’s birthday party pleasuring himself and Kandi’s mother losing it over such a raunchy display of self-gratification, it was a wild night for the Atlanta cast. All the hoopla, however, wasn’t enough to distract me from Phaedra’s face. I can’t pinpoint it but something’s done changed about her appearance. I know her eye makeup has changed but I don’t think it explains the dramatic, yet subtle, changes. Do you see it?

I had to do a random google search and found something on the website celebrityplasticsurgery.com that has this to say:

 Phaedra Parks, star of The Real Housewives of Atlanta, appears to have made a visit to the plastic surgeon’s office during her show’s most recent hiatus, as he face is showing some differences since last season, most noticeably in her eyes and forehead. Her forhead looks a bit smoother, and her eyes look a little more wide and vibrant. This tell us that she’s anyone one or combination of the following done: a brow-lift procedure, eyelid surgery(blepharoplasty), or a lot of Botox.

According to makemeheal.com, her new look may be due to some small changes:

Miami plastic surgeon Dr. Michael Salzhauer says, “It is appears that Real Housewife of Atlanta Phaedra Parks has softened the style of makeup she uses which has given her a more youthful and softer look to her face.  A little Botox to the forehead has also contributed to her new youthful look.”

    How can one compare a side face photo to a front face photo??? Silly, I tell you. She didn’t have any work done to her face. Innocent until proven guilty.

    I really don’t think she did anything to her face.  That heavy drag makeup can really change your normal appearance.  I love the more tone down natural colors she is using this season.

    I never thought about a lil plastic surgery I just credited her fresh look to make up and those ceaser faded edges she has going on ~ shrug ~

    It looks like to me, she chose a more flattering part for her forehead, chose a different brow shape & more complimentary eye make-up.  I never understood the whole “white liner” it doesn’t make anyone look “doe-eyed” in my opinion.  But I don’t put anything past folks with enough money to blow TRYING to perfect God’s original piece.

    I think it is just the softer makeup. She is much too young to need Botox.

        thank you.. black women age WELL because WE don’t dry our skin out with “sun-tans”..and besides that, WE also don’t do brow-lifts..she looks the same, just different colors…the media is always looking for some BS noone with a brain cares about.

    Well she is on a reality tv show and seems like plastic surgery/botox goes hand in hand with being on tv. If she felt she needed it more power to her.

    Yess! I’ve been saying this to people and everyone has been like “nooo, I don’t see anything” “she didn’t do anything to her face.”

      then you have way too much time on your hand. Just go to YouTube and see the most UGLIEST things transform before your eyes. ie SongbirdDiva4Life-this chick is f-up but that professional makeup makes her look like a million bucks.
