Ciara‘s 32nd trip around the sun was pretty lit (see what I did there?). The singer took some time away from being a wife and mom of two to get back to the music. She released the popular single “Level Up,” which started a whole challenge, as well as “Freak Me” and “Dose.” She tore the house down at the American Music Awards earlier this month, and she went back on tour, performing as part of Bruno Mars’ 24K Magic World Tour. She’s also been a red carpet staple, a major support to her husband, Seattle Seahawks stud Russell Wilson, on the cover of a few magazines, and done some hosting gigs (including Billboard’s Women in Music event).
In the midst of such a busy schedule, the beauty made time to take extra special care of her famous figure. As she told Cosmopolitan, which she covered recently, she worked out three times a day to prepare for touring and to feel like her best self.
“It was kind of like, wake up in the morning, breastfeed, eat a small meal, go train, come back in, breast-feed, eat another meal, go train, then come back, have another meal, and then a third training session at night,” she said: “It was a good challenge, one I set for myself, not for anyone else. Taking care of myself makes me feel really good. And I want to keep it sexy too, you know.”
And sexy she definitely has. The renaissance woman has been sharing all sorts of photos of her fit frame since her last birthday, in everything from regal gowns to swimsuits and risque performance gear. It’s given us, per the usual, all of the fitness goals out here.
