Twitter chatter erupted two weeks ago as Que (full name Qwanell Mosley), formally of Day 26, proposed to girlfriend Dawn Richard. The solo singer tweeted, “I want tha hole world 2 kno ur mind forever…. Will u Marry Me……..I love you.”
The two have been together for a couple of years now and met on Sean “Diddy” Comb’s reality show “Making the Band.” Fans who waited and waited to hear her response finally got what they wanted through an interview with the New Orleans native.
As reported by Vibe.com:
“He talked about it to me but I didn’t know he was gonna do that. I feel that’s between him and I but I’m happy that he’s happy with me and that’s all I’ll say about that.” Richard tells VIBE. “You guys will know soon enough. Right now, I think Qwanell is such a loving person that he just wants to tell the world all the time what goes on between me and him and that was a surprise to me and I love him for that. But I’m more of a private person. You guys will find out when it’s time. I do love him and I do think he’s my soulmate.”
As we all thought, she’s on Diddy’s fast track train to stardom and doesn’t have time for a huge wedding. But Richard did point out that when she does walk down the aisle, with her mom’s insistence, it’ll be the “biggest [wedding] you ever seen in your entire life.”
