(Roc Now) — A federal judge has approved a $21.4 million settlement between Eastman Kodak Co. and a number of African-American workers who sued over alleged discrimination in the company’s pay, promotion, layoff and job assignment practices. Under terms of the settlement, more than 3,000 people are eligible for payouts ranging from $1,000 to $50,000.
