It’s a rare thing to see Basketball Wives star Malaysia Pargo not dressed to the nines with her hair laid and her makeup done. She is usually seen out with some type of long hair cascading down her back, or some colorful, blunt hairdo. But even without all of the extra accoutrements, the 38-year-old mother of three still looks pretty glamorous. She proved that recently when she shared an image of herself without a face full of makeup, without a wig or weave. Pargo’s natural hair is huge, and flourishing. The beauty showed off her hair after taking out some braids, and required some help to tame it:
This isn’t the first time Pargo has shown off her natural hair. She has let it out while running errands and when simply going for more laid-back looks. She was also an ambassador for hair care brand The Mane Choice, and showed off her shiny curls:
Despite having a healthy head of natural hair, Pargo, nonetheless, has made it clear in the past that she loves some good-quality extensions. She actually has even created a few looks for brand The Virgin Hair Fantasy. She says the trick to finding the best quality hair is to go extra virgin.
“Now that I’m definitely a hair connoisseur, [laughs] what I look for is hair that’s not processed,” she told Rolling Out. “If there’s a process to it, the hair’s not gonna shine the way you want it to and it’s not gonna straighten the way you want it to. Some processed hair may work but for the most part extra virgin hair lasts longer. If you want to color it, it holds color and it doesn’t tangle. I like unprocessed hair.”
