Yesterday, we reported that Fabolous had been arrested for domestic violence after his longtime girlfriend, Emily B told cops he’d punched her.

Initially, details were scarce with TMZ reporting the rapper had turned himself in, but was given no jail time and, instead, issued a citation and a ticket for a court appearance. But yesterday evening, NorthJersey.com published a report based on court documents that detailed how gruesome the altercation was.

Apparently, the alleged incident stemmed from a prior argument that occurred March 7 when Fabolous, real name John Jackson, “became enraged” during a business trip in Los Angeles when he found out, via Instagram, Emily was also in LA.

“According to an affidavit of probable cause, while on a flight back from Los Angeles, the victim told police that Jackson, 40, said via text he wanted to hit her in the head with a baseball bat and that he would kill her but he ‘did not want to go out like that.’ The victim told police she was scared because of the March 7 incident. The victim was later punched by Jackson seven times in the face ‘causing severe damage to her two front teeth.’ She ended up losing her two front teeth, according to court documents,” North Jersey reported.

The news outlet went on to report that the affidavit states Emily called her father to remove two handguns from their residence “due to her fear that they may be used against her.” And when Fabolous returned home he confronted her and her father and brother and then went upstairs looking for the handguns that had been removed.

“‘When he could not locate the guns, the defendant left the house, but not before informing the victim, her father and her brother that he had a bullet for them,’ according to court documents,” North Jersey reported.

It’s unknown whether the couple’s sons, aged 10 and 3, were home during any of the altercations. Emily also has an older daughter from a previous relationship. She and Fabolous have been together since 2002.

According to a press release obtained by People.com, Fabulous was charged with third-degree aggravated assault and third-degree terroristic threats.
