She Got Hands! Reginae Carter Is A Beast When It Comes To Boxing
If you haven’t thought about it or tried it yet, you should try boxing or kickboxing as a workout. Not only do you burn some insane calories, but you can also rid yourself of some serious stress with the help of a heavy bag (or a partner in place of said heavy bag). Someone who greatly benefits from taking her aggression out with the help of a pair of gloves is Reginae Carter. The 19-year-old daughter of Lil Wayne and Toya Wright, as well as star of Growing Up Hip Hop: Atlanta, has to deal with a lot of drama and detractors on a daily basis. What better way to stay fit (and out of jail for fighting folks) than to box? She shared video of her workout with her trainer and it’s clear that while she might be small, she can hold her own:
