While Jill Scott has yet to publicly speak her estranged husband’s name, Michael Dobson has gone out of his way to speak about her, including conducting interviews, making claims against her and filing for a restraining order.

Yesterday, Scott went to court with her own request.

According to TMZ, Scott filed legal documents claiming that Dobson has launched a campaign of harassment and disparagement in an attempt to get more money in the divorce proceedings.

Scott points to an interview where he called her an “evil woman” and mentioned his intent to fight dirty as evidence.

Scott said that Dobson has contacted her friends and family to speak ill of her. The documents state that when she confronted him about his behavior, he told her he was seeking revenge because she filed for divorce after 19 months of marriage.

Scott believes Dobson’s actions are motivated by money. She cited her business accounts, worth more than $2 million, and other assets.

Scott also believes Dobson’s commenting about her is a violation of their prenuptial agreement which prohibits both of them from speaking to the media.

Since Dobson has already done so, she requested the gag order. The judge agreed.

We’ll see if Dobson abides by this legal silencing.
